I'm having a great time doing yoga at DPK Yoga Center. Daksha is an incredible yoga instructor and very personable. We do pranayama and meditation in addition to yoga in an open space early in the morning, which adds to the lovely experience. Since I've started doing yoga consistently for the past three months, my sciatic nerve problem and back discomfort have significantly improved. I'm happy I started taking yoga courses here.
I am writing this review after attending the yoga classes for past one and a half months. I attend 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM batch. Exercising early morning in the mid of green surroundings, breathing fresh air and experiencing warmth of morning sun :) The sessions are blend of yoga asanas, modern day exercises and breathing techniques. Instructor Daksha Madam gives personal attention and recommends asanas to individuals as per the body/ heath condition. Sessions are crafted to attain overall wellbeing, every day we practice different asanas and breathing techniques. Session generally starts with warm up exercise followed by moderate and intense asanas, ends with meditation and breathing exercises. I feel happy and rejuvenated after every session. This happy feeling is the driving force that pull me out of the bed every early morning :) One quality of Daksha Madam that I would like to categorically highlight is punctuality, class always start on time. I would strongly recommend DPK yoga Center.

Dhaksha is a very good yoga trainer. She trains us, understanding our body condition. Helps us to do asanas step by step. I used to be tired very fast, from the time i am doing yoga i could feel difference, I am active till evening. I enjoy her classes.

Daksha is a well trained yoga instructor. I like the way she understands our physical condition. And then accordingly she supports us to do the practice. My rigid body is slightly flexible after a month of yoga practice. I am very impressed and happy.
I have been taking classes from Dhaksha since a month and her passion towards her craft is inspiring. She designs your exercises according to what you need and advises you to listen to your body first. An excellent teacher and a fitness enthusiast combined in one.
