Doyens Township - Gated community in Serilingampalle (M) - Ranga Reddy, India

Good & peaceful location in Hyderabad City & also near from most of the prompt locations of city. Having park, basketball court, ram temple, walkways, general stores & multi gated access via gate security. One who loves nature can stay in this location and from some of the locations you can have a lake view from your home also.

I recently moved into Doyens Township and rented a 2-bedroom apartment in House number 276. However, I quickly discovered that the majority here are independent houses, where the landlord also resides. These landlords have a plethora of terms and conditions, such as not allowing the use of an water purifier, a washing machine more than once a fortnight, not allowing any minor repairs without permission, not allowing scheduling of services from companies like urban company, and not allowing the installation of a television on the wall. Instead, you are required to purchase a separate TV stand. For even the smallest things, you are required to ask the landlord for permission. Additionally, the landlord will frequently visit the house for inspections, leaving little to no privacy. I strongly advise against considering this Township as an option, and instead suggest searching for a home in an apartment complex for the sake of your mental well-being. Doyens Township, particularly House number 276, can take a toll on your mental well-being. Due to the issues mentioned above, I have decided to vacate this house within a month.

Good society. Most families stay here. People who are retired(many) live a peaceful life. Lots of greenery. There is a sai baba / Ram ji temple inside the society. Total 3-4 gates are there in society and out of which one remains open always. No water problem. Also depends which part you are staying in. There are 2-3 shops to buy groceries and one parlour.

The place is some what good.a silence place and in the evening full of mosquitoes and insects. Any pest control is been used.again the mosquitoes are coming.

Great place for families to stay. Elderly people will love this place in particular. There lot of greenery and ample space for walks. There is a very well maintained park and a basketball court as well. There is a decent school in the colony. The community is fully protected with a wall all around it and security guards at every entrance. There are a few shops too for your daily needs.

This is home, so I am biased. Mostly multi-family homes, tenants included. The streets are fairly maintained with plenty of lamps. And the security is decent. Of course there is a lot of opportunity for improvement. Community centre is non-existent. There are no side walks and parks. One park is currently being built. Car / bike parking enforcement is severely lacking. Otherwise this place could be a walker / jogger's paradise, especially those who are up and at it early. Like I said, I am biased.

Worst please though it is close to lingampalli railway station and got good road connectivity to hitech City and Gachibowli but I don't like this township as it has not got any good children parks and no footpaths for walking inside. Better if any one wants to buy property you can spend your money in kondapur or Gachibowli as you can get premium gated community experience, but keeping money in this township is not that worthy.

Good residential place. Very quite place, excellent maintenance by the association. The internal roads are very broad. Connectivity is the best. You have access to bus and railway station is not too far. The houses that are little inside have the advantage of pollution free. People who are looking for rented houses can choose this place. There is a very good school also in this Colony. Only issue is with the security. Not all the areas are covered by compound wall.
