I personally liked everything in the gym. Proper yoga sessions are also being provided here... Keeping in mind about the medical conditions diet plan and training is given.irrespective of the number of members in the gym.. the trainers keep a watch on each and every member, they individually come and ask about the workouts done and issues if any.

When you compare it with gyms in major cities it's good not the best but for a city like rairangpur there is no competition for this gym. The go to place for gymming & the view here is amazing as well as trainers & the level of detail they put is fantabulous. Definitely worthit
