1 star due to a major concern. Home of Mosquitoes. Service is good but hygiene and mosquito repellent is disastrous. Too many mosquitoes in the cafeteria, in the waiting area, in the surroundings. It has become very difficult to prevent from being bitten by mosquitoes.Kindly take action on this ASAP, or else no matter how good the staff are or anything else, but this uncleanliness takes a toss on everything. Even while writing this already been bitten by 5-7 mosquitoes. Please take action

It's a wonderful place to receive top-notch medical care in Guwahati, Assam. I returned after a 17-year ; my daughter was born here, and today, she had her gallbladder stone removed. The team demonstrated true professionalism without compromising the homely feeling essential for patients and their family members during moments of anxiety. My gratitude to Dr. N.N. Das for performing the flawless surgery and providing utmost care during the initial hiccups. The room was spacious, and the service was impeccable. I stayed for over a week and felt at home. However, for longer stays, the canteen food may become monotonous for attendants.

Wonderful experience with Downtown Hospital. I really appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment.. They ensured my sister in law had a smooth prep surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose this hospital, but what's painful Is seeing a staff nurse attending all calls and doing the hard work all alone, with no one there to assist her...I wouldn't imagine myself how I will handle all things alone like her it's really painful. The Management should look into this matter as this negligence could hamper the well being of staff.

I am highly delighted to share my views for Down town Hospital They are dealing with numerious patients in a well systametic manner. Highly qualified and we'll experienced Dr. are available here 24*7, staff behaviour is really impressive especially Mam she is so polite in nature, does all the formalities by her own I've never seen such helpful staff in any other hospital.

Feels like home,the entire team is excellent but they need more staff to manage the hospital as also dyalysis department.I am scheduled for thrice a week dyalysis by my nephrologist of the same hospital but am getting maximum two dyalysis.I think shortage of staffs is the reason there is no dyalysis after 12noon except emergency and inpatient. Managementshouldlook into this.. M

After admitted my father I'm very happy with that hospital. Staff members an all are very nice. They provides awesome care to the patient and also good care for patient's attendent. Nurses are very good and communicative.

When it comes to Guwahati, I recommend downtown hospital is the best .Dr. are kind ,approachable,and listen attentively to each and every detail of the patient condition. Staff nurse are so supportive and take quick action in every treatment they gave.

This hospital staff lacks empathy to the patients. Particularly the ICU ones. They are not doing their duties properly specially during night duty. No one was there to attend the patient during the night time, the patient was calling the staff during night to lower the AC and to give some water, but It seems all the staff comes for night duty to sleep in the ICU or the hospital management is not providing enough staff in the ICU for night duty.
