I stayed here on the business travel. Hospitality and service are really very good. Nice experience to stay here, definitely recommend to someone who's travelling on the business purpose. Complementary breakfast is really wonderful you can almost get any kind of breakfast option in the world. In room dining is good. Faced problems with the room key card some times. And hot water is not available for two days.
Big great rooms with all necessary amenitieses. Breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. Even allowed to check-in late at 2am.
Great place. Staffs are attentive. Clean. Food is excellent; curry chicken. Nothing is bad here. The crews at 3 Spices Restaurant deserved my mention here, there are great!
A location chosen for convenience as it reduced travel time for where I had to be. Overall it is an okay hotel yet many small details are just not leading to a good experience. Saying one will bring something that is missing in the room and then not bringing it. Not once but multiple times. Next to the hotel is an under developed area and that does influence your experience as the contrast with your hotel is confrontational.

My first choice in case of business trips to Pune! Rooms are OK, what it's worth pointing out in Double Three is their Service in hotel restaurant!! Very profesional, Especially I can recommend Sahim Raza!! Great person, great service :)
Good hotel for business travellers in this area. International standard in the hotel overall. Fast reception service even though it was very busy. Rooms are very large with good space to work. Bathroom was very clean as well. Restaurant for dinner available directly in the hotel and breakfast buffet was very good. Free WiFi (need to sign up to the hhonors-program) is ok for the speed.
I stayed at the Hilton Pune for a two-day business trip from November 5th to 6th, 2023(UAE to India). Unfortunately, I didn't feel particularly welcome from the beginning. The service at the restaurant was not as expected; I often had to wait for someone to come and attend to my table. Staff members were frequently standing in the corner and not readily available to assist, and in some cases, they even forgot to check in on my needs.
