DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Goa - Arpora - Baga - Resort hotel in Arpora - default, India

Very nice location and very well structured garden and dining area. Rooms was also very nice. Bathrooms was little bit small in this price and some issue with flush system too. Room service was poor, not responding even of you called twice. For games they didn't give us foosball after requested two times. Which was so unusual things in such hotels. Swimming pool was very nice and theis staff was also good.

I have stayed in many hotels in Goa and other cities of country but Hilton never compromise with quality and services. The best experience with our stay at Goa, if someone is visiting Goa they should book this hotel without second thoughts. Rooms were neat and clean and size is very good. Food quality is best and staff is very co-operative.

The services were awful. It was a 2 days stay. When you pay for 5 star property, you expect some services. I experienced ELECTRIC SHOCK in the bedroom from the light board right beside the bed. No valet services. They ask to park in some backyard which is wierd and doesn't seem to be the part of the hotel. The hotel is in middle of some residential society. Bad experience to stay there.

We had a very comfortable stay ...we mostly checked out different restaurant and Goan food instead of hotel buffet. And as Goa is to sunny we loved the cosy and cool rooms after visiting different spots and churches.

Full marks for the hospitality. The staff here are really warm and friendly. A special call out to Jenifa and Beauti at the front desk - always smiling and pleasant. Also a big thank you to the housekeeping folk who do an impeccable job at cleaning the rooms which can get messy with sand and other things, and making the bed so perfectly well for a comfortable night's sleep. Lastly, the guards out front are very helpful and friendly too, always wishing you and smiling at you. Great staff overall and memorable stay.

The property is great, they have a huge pool and game rooms. The rooms are also great. Large in size and comfortable. Bathrooms are a but outdated in the rooms. The service is great as well. Staff is courteous and we'll trained. Food is ok. Not worth the money you have to pay for it. No rental vehicles available at this place.

Giving 2 stars because when you pay a good amount, you also expect the same level of services. Stay was decent overall but lacked basic services that you expect from the brand. No valet service. They ask you to park in some backyard which is weird. My room was closer to some houses which are right adjacent to the hotel (not a good place to build a hotel). The residents there play loud music which disturbs you. Bathrooms were very outdated. Shower was almost non functional and no toilet paper stand etc.

I was under assumption to get great experience considering 5 star property.However it's equivalent of 3 star hotel. I wouldn't recommend at all stay with family, especially if kids are there. 1- Reception needs a lot of improvement, starting from checkin till checkout.They are kind of stubborn and not ready to cooperate for any ask. 2- Poor room service, staff won't come until and unless you call couple of times to reception. 3- Breakfast options are good, however Lunch/Dinner is not up to mark. They keep on repeating dishes and also food quality improvement required. 4- Pool is well maintained.Lagoon is spacious.
