Now a days no body knows how to prepare Mysore masala dosa especially in Mysore, i don't no the other places. But I ate almost all places. But, the older days have gone. Every body is conscious about the business, no body bothers quality. Now a days you will not get authentic Mysore masala dosa, it is only a hard powder rice roti. No smell of urad dal or any authentic ingredients.
