Cela dit, la multiplicite des options ne remplace pas le gout. Sur ce point, les dosa, le chutney de noix de coco et le sambar manquent de saveurs.

I haven't seen this much of different types of dosas, I heard about this dosa shop from my friend and went there. When I saw their menu card I got stunned because they have 99 varieties of dosas...I wanted to try all the types on that day but I could eat a lot...So I had 2 types of dosas on that day, both were too good and That was my first time...After that, I started to go there twice or thrice a month so right now I have tried 10 different dosas and I am eager to try the rest of the other dosas...I recommend everyone to go Dosa Infinity with their family and friends to have a different variety of dosas...
I've never been a big fan of dosas, maybe because we eat it almost everyday at home. But Dosa Infinity changed my whole perception about Dosas! We visited their race course outlet recently n tried a variety of their creations.
Pasta Dosa - Sooo cheesy, soo filling n lip smacking good. Literally mouth watery!
Kerala Open Dosa was spicy, flavourful n ufff it was so good. For a person like me who loves spicy food, would definitely fall in love with this one's flavour.
Paneer Tikka Dosa - this was again on the spicier side, loaded with paneer n such yummyyy masala.
Lays Dosa was so Unique n soooo damn delicious. Loaded with Lays, masala n Mayo, etc...
Belgian Chocolate Dosa with vanilla ice-cream was literally overloaded with chocolate sauce, white n dark chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles n cherries. It was so dreamy, chocolatey & mind blowing in taste
On the whole, I completely fell in love with every one of them we tried at their outlet. Their owner Muthu aka Veera is a very humble and a cordial individual. They also have a very strict 'no waste policy' for unlimited dosa offers which makes people mindful about what they order, which has to be appreciated! This restaurant has my heart! We can't wait to visit again already!!
It was our first time. We ordered pizza Dosa, Chocolate Dosa, palak Paneer Dosa. Chocolate Dosa was nice. Full of chocolate and nuts bits all over. Pizza Dosa and Palak Paneer Dosa we felt the stuffing was too much and the Dosa was small for the stuffing. Taste wise no complaints but I didn't like overloaded stuffing.
We had to remove the stuffing and eat the rest.
The place is open space and we saw lots of mosquitoes flying around. The people are not very courteous. I asked for tissue paper after washing my hands, he is telling it's there take it. Where, how to go again to get a tissue was a hindrance that I felt need to be addressed. They can always keep it near the kitchen because that's where the wash basin is. Why would you keep it near the sitting area?
The place was neat, simple and clean. The service was good. The food was served in a short while. The taste was good expected pav bhaji dosa which has too much spice. The gobi and mushroom dosa was delicious. The icecream dosa was interesting. A good choice if you have dosa craving
If you wanna try dosa apart from regular Masala dosa, onion Dosa, u can try this place for different other flavors of Dosa, I have tasted Pizza Dosa, it was okayish in taste.
You can come with your friends and family also, they have seating area. Ambience was good .
