I liked the food and would have given 5 stars, but outside the shop it is very dirty. Drainage water is always flowing and garbage is thrown right side of this shop. All the dirty flies are sitting on the food. So please fix this problem. Or else the food is best but please fix the drainage problem.
Good taste. Idli was very good, their plain masala dosa, vada, are awesome and mysore bonda are also good. I have also tried their curd rice, upma, veg biryani which were ok. There veg khorma roti were not that good.. Place is very crowded. Quality and quantity was good too.

Hey Epicures! Visited Dosa Factory recently which is situated at Tolichowki, Hyderabad. Well coming to the tiffins this place is very famous in Tolichowki. They provide tiffins from morning to evening. During lunch they include some healthy meals as well. The food i ordered from here is : Masala Dosa Wada Loved Wada so so much it was so crispy and the chutney too not too spicy not too bland. Masala dosa really needs improvement it was not upto the mark the masala added to the dosa was quite spicy and very less. Well overall a good place for tiffins and meal.
The food tastes great it's not expensive. The take-away counter is very disorganised, it really pisses me off when other people just break the line. They need to create a new system for take-away. The hand-wash is dirty and they need to clean regularly.
This incident took place on 5th sep 2023.i told the man who use to fry puri that his sweat drop dropped on puri i told him to replace it and give me another one instead of replacing it he argued with me and acting like the owner of the restaurant.i request the management to take action on him
