It's a calm and quite place. This place is very near to railway station. Dabba System is available which will ensure that your per day meal charges are very very less. Housekeeping guys are available to get what you want...it's highly secured, therefore both boys and girls stay in the same building....rooms are very spacious....They clean the room everyday and change the bed sheets. Employees seeking job can sit and study in the reception area, which is very big. Guest House Manager is very kind and cordial to all the guests and every request made to the manager is fulfilled in no time. You have a vast free space behind the guest house...and AC's are in extremely good condition. Bathrooms are very neat and clean...Absolute silence is maintained in the guest house. It's the best Guest House or PG in Mumbai.

We stayed at the Dormfactory for 3 nights and it was really good. The staff is really friendly, we could ask them a lot of questions and had fun. The breakfast in the morning was at first a little spicy for us but we really loved it in the end. It is close to the trainstaition Malad West, which made it easy to travel to the city centre (but it takes about an hour and because of the rushhour you should use the train after 11am and before 6pm). But they helped us a lot with booking and so on so it was a really good stay for the start of our India journey.

It's good to stay at dormfactory because of They keep on maintaining and cleaning such a way that you will feel like you're at your home. Price also very reasonable too. And I just loved here's atmosphere like very calm area n I have been to other lodges but if I come here I feel some kind of peace here. It's walkable distance to railway station too. Here's staff also very good they are look like you as theirs family member. I have stayed over here for a month. Nice place.

Good stay, I think someone visiting Mumbai for a business or solo trip can prefer this place as this is light on your pockets. What you pay and what you expect is an important aspect which I think one needs to ask yourself. If your bathroom is not clean ask them to clean they will help you out. Good one.

The Hostel is very neat and clean with all the rooms. One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at., Comfy beds, spacious rooms with huge lockers, several communal spaces, and very homey. The staff is too cool and they'll make sure you enjoy your time in Mumbai

1) locatithaton is something that will make you spend time all the more here.. i.e : the top floor's leisure area that has a kitchen as well.. ample amount space we get for me time with spectacular view of malad"s skyline at the west direction with Sunset and sanjay gandhi nartion park"s from the east end. two world under one roof.. 2) the staff will make you feel home away from home and the management is beyond appreciable with that gives family member's feeling. 3) the breakfast at the dorm factory so delicious and has variety served on some mornings.. 4) it is extremely clean and so spacious with easy accessiblity to every corner of the facility. according to me it is 10/10 what more can we expect for this price in mumbai.thanks & keep growing dorm factory will be back soon :-)

When the price was this low I had expected some compensations on the quality. Especially being a dormitory and all. But this is a Ln exception. Awesome air conditioned room, crisp neat linen, well maintained attached toilet all at at a bargain price. Why didn't I book my room here all these times when I came to mumbai. A great place!

Great location if you'd like to stay in this part of the city. One of the largest hostels I have ever stayed at! Very clean, great staff. They also gladly took my feedback which I was assured will be implemented in the coming time.
