If u are a pork lover and searching for ethenic pork dishes, then this restaurant is for you. I would highly recommend you to have their special pork thali, which comes with the starter apong (mishing traditional rice wine) with pork dry fry and the Sticky rice comes along with the main course. They really maintain the ethnicity & the taste of the ethnic pork dishes. Also I would honestly say I have never tasted a better farmented fish chutney anywhere so far than the one they serve. Also they serve very good quality rice and the presentation is excellent and hygiene.

Food is great and has many authentic local options in the menu. The presentation is also great. The place can be done but better as it gives bit of damp feels.

Bad experience for vegetarian: 1. Items were less- only dal for curry 2. Staff uninterested to serve veg customers. 3. Uncooked hard aalu in Aalu pitika - unacceptable (photo attached) Did not give me the feeling of neither Donyi Polo nor Mising Food Waste of time and money.

Loved the food! Tried the traditional platter... It offered a variety of pork delicacies and I couldn't finish them all. They are doing a good job.

Well the food was served hot and the quantity was good. But I felt the Mishing kitchen in Guwahati taste far better. No issues since this place is far from Guwahati. I will suggest a little more improve on taste part will be better

It's an affordable mini restaurant to indulge in mishing cuisines-- including its liquor (chai mod) too. The walls and furniture displays the beauty of #mishing culture. Foods are served in traditional vessels, which I loved so much. Have a day meal and you won't regret.
