Recently I have done Global hair color with highlights from Dona's Kalyani. Subrata and team have done this and I'm really very satisfied with the outcome Whenever I need to do haircut or any hairstyling I visit Dona's and highly recommend Subrata's suggestion Keep up the good work Dona's.

So firstly the waxing and threading was no doubt fine . The behaviour of staff is very rude especially at the counter . So i wanted my waist-length hair trimmed by just about a finger's length and this impatient hairdresser used a trimmer ,claimed my hair as damaged upto shoulder length and cut off my precious hair upto my shoulder. I was devastated. My family scolded me for days. This place has the worst hairdressers ever. They refused to do layer cut on my hair saying they are damaged !! I went to another parlour a year ago and they did the layer cut without a hassle and it even looked pretty. Very disappointed with this place!! If i find that hairdresser again i ll sue him!!!!I hate this parlour most of all!!!

My recent visit to this salon left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I had gone in for a simple haircut but ended up in an uncomfortable situation with one of the hairdressers. Despite clearly expressing my desire for just a haircut and the standard wash that precedes it, the hairdresser insisted on an unnecessary dandruff treatment. When I politely declined, explaining that I only wanted a haircut, I was met with an astonishing level of rudeness. The hairdresser adamantly refused to provide the service I had initially requested, stating that if I didn't opt for the additional treatment, they wouldn't cut my hair. This inflexible and disrespectful attitude was both unprofessional and upsetting. Customer choice and comfort should be respected and honored in any salon. I strongly advise the salon management to address this issue, as such behavior tarnishes the reputation of the establishment and is detrimental to the customer experience.

Visited there for a hair spa which costed 1600 rs. Now coming to the procedure. After washing my hair, on the wash basin only they applied spa cream and massaged for not more than 2-3 min. Then asked me to wait for 15 min before washing it. During washing the water supply got interrupted so I needed to wait with wet hair for more 10 mins! When I was thinking this were probably the 1st step suddenly understood that my spa procedures has been over!! No massage! No proper application of spa cream. No steamer!! Oh! Forgot to say. They asked for payment, that is also in cash, during the procedure. Successfully wasted my 1600rs. Never visiting again! Not even if it is for free!! Giving 1 star because less than that is not possible!!

Very disappointed. Recently I had done nanoplastia after 10 days my hair is totally damaged and unmanageable. They are charged for this treatment 8.5k ..I don't know why ! It's better to go Shipan hair academy . Dona is a bad saloon. Honest review

I did nail art yesterday and I did gel acrylic nails but I am very disappointed because the nails I wanted I didn't goat and also the nail artist is not well trained. Also they charged 1000 from me but my name wasn't up to the expectations. I would suggest don't waste your money at Donna's atleast for nails... Others for hair and other its is good.

Very bad experience, they don't focus on moderate customer, did hair spa and scalp treatment, bought products from them total cost was 8k, it didn't work out,even not for 1 week. Total waste of money. Local parlour is far better than this.

Recently I visited Dona , let me share with you my experience.. I wanted to do a haircut and spa from the very beginning which in the welcome catalogue price was (350+800).The hairstylist Mr.prasant looking at my hair suggested that, I am having very dull and fragile hair, the cut which I wanted would look very dull, the outcome would be worst,they suggested to do a keratin treatment which was costing 5000, I refused.They insisted to do something high in range (keratin , smoothing,botox etc),so that the outcome will be long lasting. Later they convinced me to have hair spa with a high range product from davines which costed1750.I agreed. Then comes the crucial reality. MR.prasant washed my hair simultaneously managed other clients too. I have done Hair-Spa from other places too, but applying little products that too with hand while washing infront of wash basin was not I was expecting. I asked repeatedly mr Prashant that,how can they apply so less product that too with hand for hair spa, you must use proper product with brush and apply it parting and sectioning hair each hair strands. The thing is when you are at wash basin you have no idea what's happening behind your back . When I took my stand he started offering tea and coffee ( what a joke!). Later comes the point of cutting my hair, he again said that full hair layers won't be possible even after doing Hair-Spa . I aggred again.Even on the half way came a man,who said my bill was 2050, and I need to pay cash right then in middle of the service to exclude 18% GST.I refused because I was running low on cash, I gave him cash of INR 1000 in middle of the hair cut and in pos machine 1050 to get rid of 18%gst. Later after setting my hair, and coming back home, my hair length was cut very short and is even more frizzy than it used to be.Dear Dona, I am very much unsatisfied with the way you handle your customer, and think to add on services whenever they visit you.
