Worst experience ever to have in a hotel .the owner went with our food told that he will complain to the chef then never came back I was forced to pay my bill.Any food lovers don't visit this place in your life time.we ordered chilli paneer below is the food we got and that was 1 hour late

Awesome food. A must visit if you are in kollam.

I was on a one-day visit to Kollam and my friend took me here for lunch. I'm impressed by the service mentality and professional attitude of the staff, right from parking to leading us to a table and taking our order (this is something we don't get to see much in Kerala). The interiors, hygiene, the ambience, everything was really good. Perfectly warm water was served (which is a big plus; usually we are served boiling hot water and need to wait till our meal is finished for it to cool down to drinkable temperature). We ordered fish meals, seer (neymeen) fry and pearl spot (karimeen) fry. The thaali was perfect - the right quantity and quality, the fish curry and sardine fry were up to the mark, the vegetables in the veg dishes were fresh and rightly done. Most importantly, the pappadam didn't get browned, was rightly puffed in the right places and didn't drink up oil (the quality of a meal can be assessed by the look of the pappadam they say!). There was no added colour or overwhelming flavours/spiciness in any of the sides. Everything was just right. The seer fish blew my mind off. The peppery masala was so good and the fish was fresh, flaky and succulent. It was so delicious I ended up gobbling most of it. The karimeen was good, but didn't match the expectation (maybe it was an issue with my taste buds I am not sure. My friend liked it though). It felt a little bland for my taste. I'm sure they'll improve after this feedback. They seem like people who respond to feedback sincerely. Overall it is a nice place, to have a wholesome lunch in a calm ambience. It is definitely not overpriced for the quality and service. I'll definitely hit the place if I'm visiting Kollam again.

Food is very tasty and hygienic. Very nice ambience and a comfortable place for a family dinner. Each dish was carefully crafted and presented well.

Had food from there twice, Satisfied with the quality of food. Duck dishes are super good. Also the fish grill is delicious.

The main attraction of this restaurant is their duck dishes, they calim to be the only restaurant in kerala with duck dishes as the main attraction. Duck alfaham is one of their main attraction, you need to pre book for duck alfaham. Tried duck roast and duck kappas, duck roast tastes good, mappas was just ok. Apart from duck dishes I would prefer their beef roast, it tastes really good, and with enough quantity. Bread items tried are butter nan, roti, porota and idiyappam, among these excep roti everything else was good.
