Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Rangpo - East District, India

Just eating dominos pizza at Rangpo Dominoz tdy 12th sept. 2023 nd writing dwn few words which i couldnt digest, we had orderd pizza veg double cheese of Rs 705/- waitng for 40mins i asked to counter boy is my order no. 33 ready? He first daid u dnt hv any order nd didnt respond me and i sat bck nd few mins later we saw customer who came 15mins later got their order nd we r stilll waiting nd after 45 min i asked where is my order?? then counter boy said ur ordered pizza have burned out!!! Oh Dominoz pizza we dnt come in ur shop jst fr timepass..plz train ur staffs not happy at all

Firstly i am not happy for the atmosphere,no clean,there are free staff but they not work just scrolling phone.,lots of pizza cover was on table... wooden spoon on floor... Delay service... As per the cost food was not like that... Sry to tell Domino's i am not comfortable in your place please first just maintain your cleanliness...

Nothing much here for sharing about Domino's. If you are a pizza lover then you prefer dominos . variety is there in both veg and non veg the butterscotch mouse is love . Sometimes there crust is not well prepared otherwise overall good.

Onscreen menu was unavailable. There was no leaflet menu either. Said it is because of the new price update. Very bad excuse. Had to search it on the net but there was no phone network or wifi. Had to go to the streets and search for network as we decided to place order online instead. Had a power failure while waiting for the order and there was no auto backup so had to wait for it for sometime. We went to ask for drinking water then but they said they have stopped providing it due to covid19 & said we could purchase packaged water instead. That's a really a good excuse to sell. Later when our order arrived, one of the beverages was out of stock so they made us choose another beverage in lieu but didn't mention we have to pay the difference in the beginning. Not a big deal as it was some 10/- extra but you guys need to really know what is in stock. I could have all the patience in the world to simply forget this bad experience but I hope you guys really do something about this and bring about some quality and improvement pronto

Domino's Pizza is my favorite pizza but recently they changed their menu and removed best pizza like 5 pepper and many other. Instead of that they introduce Indian pizza like tandoori pizza which taste worst. I don't like even smell of that. Hope they improve their menu. In majitar there is no better option then pizza, you can only find momo and falle shop which have more oil. Steam momo is good but I can't eat more then 2,3 times in months. I heard people in Sikkim don't eat roti, then what they do it.
