Worst ever experience of Domino's particular branch, they are not customer centric. They don't give you worst product but also behave rudely when feedback been given. Suggest not to order from here. Multiple times they not properly baked pizza, when feedback been given they just ignored that.

Pizzas are everyone's favourite and specially when its Domino's it has to be finger-licking. Be it Pizza or garlic bread or even Peri peri chicken wings or maybe zingy parcel.

I had given a 5 star rating 3 years back.. but not things are changed here. It is very poor in terms of cleanliness, specially the hand wash and toilet. It stinks like dead meat. Glass doors are dirty, Card payment doesn't work, some of the tables are not stable.

The taste was not up to standard. What I had to pay for two regular-sized pizzas here was equal to what I paid for two medium-sized pizzas in La Pinoz. Moreover, the taste here was nothing compared to La Pinoz. Plus, the restroom stinks. The only good thing was a waiter named Ramniwas; he was quite polite. So I would recommend la pinoz over this.

Domino's is always a good choice for pizza. Service was good, ambience can be little better but it's fine.

Staff is not skilled. Takes too much time to prepare order. You will get message that your order is ready but in reality it's not.

The Good thing about this place is that the location is good. Sometimes parking is troublesome, but most of the times it's available. The thing with most of the Domino's pizza in Gwalior is their inability to cook it perfect it either undercooked or overcooked. The pizza that we ordered today was overcooked and the cheeseburst on it was so liquidy that the crust was falling off. I think the manager should work on the staff performance. The good thing about today was that we were asked how our order was and informed that we could've changed the order. So that's a new thing and good thing and an Improvement. Rest all is same.
