Longer waiting time. Unprofessional approach in taking orders. A few items from the menu was not available. Like taco Mexican veg. We ordered taco Mexican non-veg which was not good taste. A humble request, please fix ur sensor tap. It keeps discharging water a long time after removing hands.
Worst experience not get proper food that i ordered . There is no extra cheese and i do online ordere and add extra cheese and they first said that you dont add extra cheese and then call and said that there is extra cheese in it. I have a photo and i know how extra cheese and plan pizza look like.

Pathetic condition of Domino's kadamkuan!!! ....i ordered a farmhouse pizza cheesburst as well as a Margherita...pizaa both small ...on 7th oct ...order number 48 At 3 29 pm ...i received my order at 50 minutes from order time..it was cold...barely to be eaten...i asked the delivery boy for refund as per company's policy he took a pic of the bill and said I'll recieve points on Domino's wallet ..it's been 9th October today haven't received any.point...the delivery boy gave the number of the branch manager...the manager said....he has resigned...before .now he is no more on the job....on confirmation the delivery boy said .he is lying and he is still the manager....namely MANISH ..this is the condition of Domino's now ..one person says to the other and the other person says he has left the job ....this is the customer support which people get .... here .. poor and pathetic store ..never order from here...even one star is not worth it ...for this store...
The overall ambience is good but I have issues with the atmosphere, the ac was not working properly, it was hot inside and also the tables and chairs were not cleaned properly.
WORST STAFFS, The staffs are so rude attending the call for delivery, we requested them to deliver in exhibiton road just a few meters away from kadamkuan, The female staff who attended the call, we requested her to delivery in exhibition road because the store in exhibition road was offline, DATE (17-07-2023) TIME (3:30PM IST) The female staff answered the call very rudely without any conclusion they just cut the call and was talking way rudely they cancelled my order without any conclusion for cancelling the order she even said some ABUSIVE WORDS, I request the domino's store faculty to suspend that staff (jitna aukaat ho utna hi attitude dikhana chaiye)!
