Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Kadapa - Y.s.r., India

Took more than an hour to deliver and I got it later than announced. The pizza barely warm. The 4 cheese pizza was the best pizza I had here, but leaps bellow a real 4 cheese pizza. The cheese burst crust just wasn't there, I really didn't notice it. The stuffed garlic bread was ok, better than expected.

Worst service. Today 20th Oct, 2023 I visited to order classic garlic bread. One guy was there, I asked him to take the order he said the other girl will take your order. Waited for 5 minutes, girl came, I asked to take the order. Without even asking what, she said it'll take more time. I asked gore much time. Straight away she said 1 hour. Isn't it crazy?. There was no crowd at all in the store. Refer to the pics uploaded. Pathetic customer obsession. Shame on Domino's for such a poor staff training.

Located opposite Dr.Rajasekhara reddy RTC Busstand(kotha busstand)beside muthoot finance corp. office ordered for Chocolava cake(at it best) Barbecue chicken wings(not at all good) Chicken tikka pizza(as staff said it is best option but I was literally in search for chicken pieces as It tasted like plain cheese pizza topped with onions & plenty of garlic mint mayonnaise I will never suggest anyone to choose this)

As per my experience the ambience and looking good to stay for a while while about other services like washrooms they are lot can be improved they aren't that much tidy as per dining they can place few extra sprinkles and sauce bottles they have only 2 sets out of 8 to 10 sittings so they need more focus on the services also about the quality of food served i was satisfactory not much impressed as the taste is far less inferior to the one i have at other stores I dont know i feel like that they can improve the taste slot when compared to other stores overall i can give 4 out of 5

Of all the years and places that i have been eating dominos, i would close my eyes and vouch this is the worst dominos ever. I have visited this particular dominos at least 40 times over the last 3 years and trust me they are arrogant, insensitive and ignorant. Atleast 1 out of 4 times during my visit i ll have to talk to them, and keep asking for my order and then they serve it after an hour. If the crowd is more, pls increase ur staff strength. Kindly guide them to be more polite. The washroom is something that has never ever been fixed. It is way out of anybody's need to use.

We ordered pizza and pickup. I have the worst pizza ever in dominos. It's not mozzarella cheese. Dough also not fresh. It's sour taste.

The taste was very good but when it comes to maintenance toooooo bad ,even they didn't taken my 2nd order saying that i takes time.apart from taste everything is un managed.even restrooms .

This place is a complete disaster, with terrible service, unresponsive staff, and a lack of cleanliness. The staff seems more interested in chatting than addressing customer concerns, and the overall condition of the establishment is abysmal, with water all over the floor and dirty tables, overtime to complete order, billing using cards not working. The washrooms are in a deplorable state, and there's no hand wash available. It's truly a miserable experience.
