The Pizzas are really awesome. They can just improve more by increasing the amount of toppings on pizzas especially the non-veg ones.Best to have it in Dine in as it tastes the best when it's smokin' hot. For Home delivery it might get soggy if you stay far away. Also i got some discount on my card purchase.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. The staff doesn't have any professionalism. Every time they gives nonsense excuses. I usually placed my order from swiggy. But they never deliver it on time. Specially there is person whose name is AJIT. He just lie to his customer. He doesn't know the basic rules of hospitality.

I received a burnt pizza and a fade pizza yesterday only 1 pizza out of 3 was good . Disappointed totally ! My money got wasted . Also the complaint wasn't accepted online neither the number worked.

Pathetic service. I had ordered 2 onion and 2 Paneer & Capsicum Pizza. Instead, what I got was 2 Golden corn pizza. When I tried calling them, the call gets connected to the centralised team and they were not able to connect to the store (A joke). After an hour of calling, I reached to the store and got it changed. But there was no point of it, I had to wait for 1 and a half hour for my pizza. Paid the delivery charges but have to go to the store to change it. Pathetic service dominos.

One order food from restaurants because at times we are tired and hungry and look for a quick escape to treat ourselves with meals when we are terribly hungry. It's been more than 1.30 hours that I ordered from domino's app and order was placed to this particular outlet. The status shows "baking in process" for more than an hour now and when I tried to reach the outlet through the number shared by bot chat on domino's app, the phone is switched off. It's frustrating, stupid and annoying! This is second time this has happened to me. When a man is hungry, you should not make them angry, and you are just adding the gasoline. Thank you!

I had ordered a pizza few weeks back and it took 1 hour to reach. My husband ordered a pizza today without asking me and they disappointed us again. Swiggy is providing a contact number which is useless. The status for my order shows that the domino's has not yet confirmed my order. My money is deducted, the status is not changed and now I have to wait for the food which might reach me when I have to cook something and throw the pizza away. Very pathetic service for such a big name. This frenchise should be shut down before it makes ruins domino's name

Why i have given 2 is for poor coustomer service because whenever i have visited the outlet there system ether down or some one standing doesn't know how to use it properly, i had to ask multiple times is my order ready or not and seen please coming after me getting there order, even tho they have ordered after coming in the outlet, poor coustomer response and communication. At last time i had to wait for almost 45 - 50 min for a single pizza.

I used to ordered many types of Pizzas from Domino's Pizza east branch in my college days especially i think I am permanent member of Domino's Pizza n I spent my pocket money n then salaries some amount only on pizza n garlic bread etc. Whenever I visited Badlapur my child also enjoying Pizza's which I ordered from Domino's n it's very near from our so freshely backed yummy pizza is our always favourite food item since many years
