As an avid pizza lover, I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Domino's Pizza that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I must express my disappointment with their consistently late delivery service, frequent stock-outs, rude behaviour from staff, and overall lack of cleanliness. The behavior of the staff members was another major concern. Instead of a friendly and customer-oriented approach, I encountered rudeness and impatience. It was disheartening to be treated with such disrespect when all I wanted was a pleasant dining experience.
Lastly, the lack of cleanliness in Domino's outlets was evident. The dining area was often unattended, with dirty tables and floors. This lack of hygiene raised serious concerns about the overall quality standards maintained by the establishment.
In conclusion, my recent experiences with Domino's Pizza have been marred by late deliveries, frequent stockouts, rude behavior from staff, and a lack of cleanliness. These issues have severely impacted my opinion of the brand and left me hesitant to order from them again. I hope that Domino's takes these concerns seriously and makes significant improvements to provide a better experience for its customers.
I just don't like the ambience. And the food is not like "DOMINO'S" just something was off the area seems sketchy and the guy working there was constantly whistling trying to grab the attention. I wish I could rate the atmosphere as 0
I had ordered cheese burst pizzas from this store. But they delivered so late( 1 hour 20 minutes). I kept my patience. When I saw the pizza it was cold and hard and no cheese burst. They are just making customers fool. Staffs are very rude. My experience was pathetic. Don't order from this outlet . Waste of time and money.
A usual Domino's with good service, excellent quality of food, great customer service. The place is usually a bit busy. Have ample amount of parking. Nice option if you live in the Hambran Road area.
