Poorly trained staff. They have no clue on how to deal with customers who call them over phone. I had placed an order and was tracking its delivery on the app. After showing that the order was despatched and the delivery agent was on his way for about 15 minutes, the tracking ended and again it showed as if the order is being prepared. After wating for 45 minutes (beyond the promised 30 minutes delivers) I called the outlet. First a male staff picked up and promised to get back about the status of the order. He did not call back. The second call I made was picked up by a female staff. She put me on hold and later in an impolite tone said "You will get a call, Okay". When I pointed out to her that her tone sounded rude and this was unacceptable, she remained unapologetic and I could hear her yelling at someone on the other end. She never bothered to disconnect the call either. I would only blame Domino's Management for not training their staff on the need to be polite to customers.

Not a hygienic place at all! & This is happened several times before when I had taken takeaways but today when i stepped in with friends out of country ,was quite embarassed!!! & Sorry I dont wish to revert via mail back with Google URL if you value your brand name , your customers be weary about the people u give franchise too and make sure they uphold your brand name by being hygienic and sorry I wont step in again of fear of the quality of food u serve looking at the state you keep your place unhygienic!!!,Thanks

Instead of making pizzas, staff here should rather savour each others' wieners. My most recent order was delayed by close to 3 hours. When it was delivered, a couple of orders were also missed. A great stop to lose your peace. My order on Swiggy is also still open and has not been closed yet -- a tactic used by these people to stop you from getting a refund. Even if you're planning to order, please go for cash on delivery. It is my sincere desire to see this place shutting down soon. I have given you 1 star but in all honesty, the thought of rating you is a disgrace itself. You guys deserve nothing.

One of the worst outlets of dominos. If there is a way to give a negative rating that would be great. I faced issues 3 times in this restaurant. Each time I ordered, I was given an incomplete order or a wrong order without even consulting me. Staff behaviour is very rude. My request to Dominos management is to considering closing this outlet.

Dominos pizza completely lost its glory. We ordered for a cheese burst chicken dominator pizza, I could find merely 1/2 spoon of liquid cheese, only in the centre part. Previous day's cheese use to be oozing out from a cheese burst pizza. Also amount of topping reduced drastically. May be they are more focused on cost sob re and profitability , but the quality is pathetic.

Roten chicken wings are served, smells very bad and it looked very soggy. Shops person doesn't accept it's roten. Quite surprising to see such food served at Alwarpet Domino's. I don't recommend this shop to settle your carvings. Kindly take action against this.

Very worst service,and not good environment, doing scam,we orderd 4 different pizza and they give to us 4 normal cheese pizza. Very bad restaurant I never seen this Type of corporate restaurant

Very bad service staffs are very unprofessional and very very rude in outside broad they offer but inside they're saying no nothing offer and after order the food I have to wait atleast 1 hour to get my order very very bad place never recommend very worst place
