Worst staff, i went to buy one coke worth 60, i had 100 rupees note, they dint give coke saying change is not their. After operating for half day also they don't have 40rs change. Worst staff nd not at all hospitable. Really bad. Worst experience had in Domino's today.

Worst dominos ever. The staff had way too much attitude for some reason. We ordered garlic bread and 2 regular pizzas from here, and when we got the garlic bread there was no seasoning on the garlic bread, when we went and confronted them, they just said "We ran out of it" and started laughing.

Worst pizza ever had from Domino's. Delivery took more than 1 hour for a distance of just 10 mins(no rain). The pizza was cold, with incorrect crust and toppings + incomplete order (no 7 up). Couldn't get a single thing right..

Just visited this place at 7 pm on 18th of July 2023. Very bad customer service. First, we were denied a regular margherita pizza. We were told that there is no margherita pizza. Then we were asked to pay for a combo to get the margherita pizza + Pepsi at INR 205. When we asked for a box to take away 2 pieces, we were denied a box. When asked for paper cup, we were denied again. The waitress said the cardboard box and the paper cup will be charged extra. According to the waitress, Domino's has just changed their policies on that specific day! Clearly not, since today we are at Domino's Pizza in Marathahalli and we got our margherita, our take away box and that too, with a smile

Hello domino's, My order was cancelled by the store without my convent. Order placed at 6.41 and cancelled at 7.21 Delivery boy was not having the govt I'd card to enter inside the ITPL . When custome paid 45 rs to delivery and also your delivery boy asking to walk 500m to customer . We have call with store manager and he agreed to send the order with on other person with ID But after reaching the store they cancelled the order .

After a very long time 2+ years thought to have pizza. So visited Domino's at nexus neighborhood mall. To start with Most of the items in the menu was striked out. Luckily there was a section for chicken lovers. So I ordered double spice chicken with a 100% thin wheat crust at an extra charge When I got the order and opened the box I was surprised to see a non veg masala paapad. (Never knew Domino's had masala paapad in their menu) the total cost of the order was Rs.379/- and I immediately realised this is my biggest mistake of the year so far. It took 15 mins to prepare the order and it took only 3 mins for us to finish it (2 mins laughing out loud looking at the order and what if I had ordered a medium or large + 1 min to eat). There was bunch of ladies taking selfies in the next table and they thought I was laughing at them. I showed the order and they thanked me as they were about to order from Domino's. Disappointment at its peak. I rushed to KFC next to it to order a burger meal (cost much lesser than what I paid you) to satisfy my stomach. Next time when I have thoughts of eating Pizza i will make one at home. Domino's FYI, you are not making anything that nobody else can't make. Every item in your menu can be done at home at a much lesser cost. For the question would you recommend your friends and family to visit Domino's My answer will be NO (IN CAPITAL LETTERS)

The worst dominos that I have seen. People go to Domino's and other chain restaurants because they expect a minimum level of service. Here it seemed like they're running a franchise. From seating to cleaning to response to queries about the menu items and the weird payment methods... Just the worst

Alright, firstly this is Domino's so the expectation of food being very good is high. And then there is service. Which in my opinion is more important than the food itself. Having said that, the food was good. I wouldn't expect anything lesser from Domino's on food quality. The service is where I had a problem. I don't know why the person at the counter was cold shouldering me, and even the responses were mono syllables. No smile, no welcome, I almost felt like I was asking for free food (of course I paid for my pizzas). Anyway, we ate our pizzas and left wondering would I ever go back to Domino's. This outlet - NO WAY!! Domino's- Yes.
