Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Kharar - S.a.s Nagar, India

The payment I made was not on Domino's account, they told me to scan the QR of their own. That day I ordered garlic bread and farmhouse pizza (cheeze burst) and paid extra 119 for the cheese burst but the pizza which I got wasn't cheese burst it was normal I told this to the person who was on the billing counter, he returned me rs. 119 then I opened sealed garlic bread box it was cold and tight then I told them to take it back and give me another. Pizza was fine therefore 3 stars for the food Service was not good, I was asked to pay on personal Google pay and not on Domino's account, didn't get what I ordered, therefore 1 star And 1 star for atmosphere: Everything justified I hope this will help you enhance your service.

Worst experience ever, pathetic ambience, uncooked pasta, tasteless pizza, might have option for negative ratings

It was my worst experience ordering pizza's at Domino's sunny enclave kharar behind gopal sweets.....no toppings, no cheese, no stuffing.... It was bread only served in a form of micro size four Pizza's nd didn't picked call after we have taken our order from the restaurant......I will never order again from this sunny enclave Domino's khrar.....

First Time worst experience at Domino's outlet. The food is good but the condition of the outlet is very messy. Not the right place to Dine In. Staff is very careless.

Dominos New sunny enclave, Kharar. Wow place, small cozy place and Staff is very cooperative and nice. Pizza delivered was also very tasty and fresh. Ordered chicken sausage pizza and chocolate lava cake. Pizza toppings were really enough. Yummy and hot pizza. They really have good deals and offers on their app.

A place which can be located easily on the highway without any problem. Had a limited seating area but service is really good and they also delivery to nearby area as well. We tried veg extravaganza small which was enough for one person. There washroom are not in use right now i think due to covid norms.

I have been a regular at your outlets. Yesterday, I visited your Sunny Enclave, Kharar,Mohali outlet in the evening along with my family. Firstly, the AC was switched off and it was suffocating inside. We had to repeatedly ask the staff to switch it on. There was no issue with the electricity supply in the store. Then, when we placed the order, it was told that the cold drink will be available only in the glasses. There were no bottles available. When we enquired about the cold drink bottles kept in the refrigerator, it was told that they are for delivery orders only. Even after insisting, the bottles were not provided. And the glass was priced at the same price of the bottle with a lesser quantity of cold drink. It is a very known fact that your company sells these cold drinks at an inflated price. What is available in the market for Rs. 40/- is sold at a price tag of Rs. 60/- and we are not allowed to bring from outside. Very clearly, it is just a cheap tactic to make more money. I contacted your call centre . The person who received the call was least interested in hearing me out and I had to repeat myself about 5 times. And the solution he offered was that "we can't do anything, you need to talk to the store". I suggest that you shut down the call centre if everything is to be sorted out at the store level. It was a very unpleasant experience and it ruined the celebration we had gone there for. I might never visit you after this. There are so many alternatives in market and I will definitely go along with them.

Hi, My name is Amarjeet kaur.a Basically I am from Kharar. I am local google guide, as I mostly ordered pizza's from Domino's on every weekend, So many times I ordered the pizza for cousins and relatives. But from previous 4-5 orders, I am facing this issue of late delivery and cold food as pizza, stuffed garlic bread, and choco lava cake. Moreover, they never apologized for their mistakes, eventhough whenever, I asked about my order status they always have excuses for delayed order. So I do not recommend to order a pizza from Domino's kharar sunny enclave near KFC and Gopals. They are not responsible guys. They are not doing there job properly. Thankyou.
