I love Domino's Pizza. I have been ordering pizza from this outlet for years. Even a few months ago the service and quality were deplorable. Senior staff behavior was also so rude. But after ordering again today, I was impressed. It was hot and fresh due to on-time delivery. They have improved they are very quick. Really It was a delightful experience. The 4 Cheese Pizza was an intensely cheesy flavor. it melts in my mouth. Special thanks to Mr. Sunil Kumar for all this.
We ordered 4 items. Farmhouse pizza, Taco, parcel and cold drink. Only cold drink (which is not made by them) was good, other three items were very bad. Service and atmosphere are good
Received worst product and they are also not ready to refund. Worst place guys don't order from here ever.
Delivery is fast for online order only. If you go there to eat you have wait for pizza as they give priority to online orders. Taste wise pizza was not tasty.
Ordered Veg Extravaganza on Dusherra and the pizza was not as it should have been. First of all, the pizza was raw. Secondly, it also had few bits of paneer (as per menu, veg extravaganza does not have paneer in it). Thirdly, it had red paprika as well (as per menu, veg extravaganza does not have red paprika). They delivered the pizza within 30 minutes which is appreciable because 30 minutes guarantee was not applicable as it was a festival day. But there's no point in hurrying if they can't provide a proper pizza. Not a good experience... waste of money.
All seats are sticky, tables are not clean. Overall they need to focus on cleanness.
Staff is willing to close early we might have disturbed them, No one wants to take our order, when i have insisted then only Order taken.
