Worst service. Staff is not helpful and don't listen whatever you are saying. I waited 1 hour for my order. How the hell it's a fast food restaurant?

The most pathetic Dominos i have ever visited.. chairs tables not organised.. not even AC was working.. we asked the staff.. they this is how it is..overall poor experience

The ambience was not great thats okay but the workers there and the one who took the orders was rude and didnt listen to any of us , the orders took 35-40 mins when it was ready i had to go myself and ask if the order was ready , i was not given a reciept nor i had the order number . It was not at all hygienic

Bit expensive but no doubt amazing....recently i have ordered dominos for my house party ..n it was sooo affordable.trust me their app is amazing....

Very bad Staff experience even had to reject my paid order. 28-may-2023 , order number -344 , I recently had an absolutely nightmarish experience with Dominos Saharanpur when placing a delivery order. Not only did I encounter rude and unprofessional staff, but to add insult to injury, my order never even arrived. It was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating ordeal. From the very beginning, the staff's behavior was shockingly rude. When I called to place my order, the person taking my order seemed bothered by my questions and requests. They lacked basic customer service skills and made me feel like a nuisance rather than a valued customer. The person who answered the phone displayed a complete lack of empathy or concern for the situation. They brushed off my complaints and made no effort to rectify the mistake or offer any kind of compensation. It was a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The overall experience with Dominoes Saharanpur was a complete disaster. The rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by both Akash Singh and the staff member on the phone was inexcusable. Not only did I have to endure the disappointment of not receiving my order, but I also had to deal with the disrespectful treatment from the restaurant's representatives. wasted my money my time

Order thru app in advance to avoid crowding and excess wait times and also to make use of available coupons which are not always available inside the store. Seating capacity is a bit less. Service is good.

The place should be located in another better area or in big area at least. Pizza is good but the place is little cozy.
