There are major problems in this branch. The air conditioner is not working every time, also the washroom tap is damaged. The food tasted really bad unlike other branches, also somehow it felt too oily also. Flies constantly disturbs the environment. Overall a really bad experience.
Yesterday I was order 2 pizza mania 1. Chinken keema and onion with Desi makhani Sause 2. Panner Capsicum with Videshi Sause. And i order on Domino's app so 60% off for 2 pizza for 242.
It's a decent experience I had. Good and comfortable ambience. Go to experience good quality food.
The experience is okayish. Also a CAUTION: If you're ordering online to dine it(like how you order for home delivery but you're doing it for dine in order), please make sure to select the restaurant correctly. Because for some reason I did select Arcopolis Mall Domino's but it was actually taken care off by the Chamber's Mall Domino's. This time since both the locations were close enough, it wasn't a big deal, but do check your order where it falls after placing it. Call them if you can to confirm. As for the pizza itself, if you like cheesy pizza(this one has cheeze burst crust) you'll like it. It's a bit tangy for some reason but....THE CHICKEN PIECES ARE SOO SMALL AND LESS. The choco Lava Cake is brilliant as usual.
Service was nice. I got one non veg Supreme (large). It was delicious and fully loaded with toppings. Soft and not at all chewy. I also got 3 Butterscotch Mousse Cake. That's heaven in a tiny cup! I love it. Packed a chicken dominator (regular). Spent close to 1600/-. Parking is quite cheap.
I absolutely didn't like it. Firstly our order was served wrong despite repeating the order twice. Then we had to pay extra for a mistake that they had made. The pizza was not worth the cost and was absolutely a disappointment. At least you guys should concentrate on better pricing and serving the customers that is worth the price.
I visited Dominos, Highland Park branch today 22Jul'23. Since there was no reserved parking for Dominos, I had to park my car in front of the Dominos store, keeping ample space for delivery staff to enter the back gate. I such delivery staff named Rajen Bhattacharya from said branch threaten me with Police if I do not move my vehicle. While discussing the matter with the store manager, he took a 360 degree stating he said that others will call the police if I do not move my vehicle. This is shocking to see such liars are working as delivery boys in Dominos. Worst experience ever in a store. Will never visit Dominos ever again...
