Domino's Pizza - Shakti Nagar - Pizza restaurant in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

This is Udaipur's worst Dominos Pizza center. I went there with family and ordered 2 Pizza there and i got that in this conditions and taste was totally disgusting and i also raised the complaint against them in domino's app and in evening one of the person from the this store called me saying me like that why you not tell me at that time.. Why you raised complaint on app, means we don't have right to complain. according to then we can't complaint against them on application only Oral complaint they considered. And them he told me I'll give you half refund then again he changed his statement then he told me I'll give that money in your apo wallet still I said it's fine please proceeds then still he refuse with his statement then he said that it's too time over for the complaint now offers end so i can't do anything so i can't give you anything for this issue. Just forgot about that. This is behavior of him. I strongly not recommended to go there. Choose any of other outlet but don't go this outlet. Even he don't have apologies also. Staff is also not good and owner is egoistic person.

The taste of the food was not as desired. I also saw and caterpillar rippling on the desk of billing counter. There was no cheese burst crust available on any sizes of the pizza. It took really 10 to 25 minutes to order a single decided order. The staff was not good at conversation. this is the must not visit Domino's. there was no parking.

Pathetic service, they had few staff & the order took so much of time.

Far below then Domino's standard. Handled by All female staff but they are inefficient in handling multiple orders at a time. In one of my take away order They forgot to prepare my Margherita pizza and because of that my Veggie paradise and Stuffed garlic bread became cold. If you dnt want to spoil your dine out experience then go to other domino's branch or other pizza points. Non-branded pizza points have far better service then this branch of Domino's

The best pizza in Domino's.. Top 4 pizza i like a lot.. 1st :- margherita cheese burst. 2nd :- peppy paneer cheese burst. 3rd :- 4 Cheese pizza. (NEW) 4th :- Cheese Dominator (NEW) New 4 cheese pizza was so delicious and other pizza so many flavor could choose that . Pehle yaha k employees bht rude behave krte the. If someone wants to have a nice thin crust pizza with fresh cheese and veggies, then you are at the wrong place. it was a bad experience. Choco Lava was the only thing we enjoyed here. The hotel staff only cared for review and kept asking for it. Sorry! I am not going to pay so much for this kind of pizza again. I hope the staff will take care of the quality next time. Never order a thin crust pizza from domino's I guess even a street vender can make better thin crust then them
