I visited Domino's Six Mile in Guwahati with my daughter, and it was a very good experience. We ordered a Cheese Burst Margherita pizza with chicken toppings and a Chicken Parcel. The food was delicious and served promptly. What stood out was the attentive and friendly staff. This time, we didn't have to wait long, and they even had available seating, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a tasty and efficient dining experience, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal with family.
Worst branch ever. They always deliver late. Takes atleast 1 hour, doesn't ever deliver within 30 minutes. 30 minutes delivery policy is a joke to them. They give excuse of Less STAFF every time I call them. Delivery boys also have no courtesy of saying sorry when asked about the late issue. The manager avoids coming to the phone at all times. I am going for legal action against this branch of 6 mile. ANYONE HAVING SAME ISSUE CONTACT ME
Worst experience. They simply don't care about customer's satisfaction. We ordered Tomato and cheese pizza, where there was 3% of cheese in the whole pizza. Moreover no chilly flakes or oregano was served to us. We had to go and take those from another table nearby. (DON'T ADD IN THE CASH MEMO IF YOU ALL ARE NOT WILLING TO SERVE) And forget about the garlic bread that was in the menu. They will keep you waiting for it for around half/one more hour just to get it. Read these lines of mine twice before going there. I have seen worse but this centre topped it.
Staff insisted to order online. Attitude of the staffs is difficult to deal. If you don't want to sell why open the store.. make everything online..
Good place for hanging out.. a little bit small but it's cosy.. Food is good.. not so crowded and hence less wait.. Mostly for 8 small groups{2 -3 persons} and 2 big groups {5-7persons} can manage sitting at the same time.. Staffs are well mannered and friendly..
