Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Kharagpur - Medinipur West, India

By profession I'm a Dietitian so pizza/burgers aren't my cup of tea. But just for taste very very rarely I visit Domino's. Yesterday First time I had visited this store... faced some issues so, not too much happy. Kitchen and Staffs aren't separate for veg & non-veg items. Outsiders/delivery boys entered inside the kitchen area. Staffs wasn't using gloves inside the kitchen. Staffs was arguing with each other & talking so loudly during prepare food even without face mask... lots of chaos, even they don't have basic manners.. need lots of improvements. Otherwise... Small place but well maintained. Qualities of Foods are good. Prices are average.

Food quality is not upto mark. Cleanses is one of the issue. Staff behaviour is not good. Instead of improving there service they argue with customer. Kitchen and staff is not separate for veg and non-veg items. Outsiders are also allowed inside kitchen. Delivery boy also allowed inside kitchen. Price is also high. Staff not used gloves inside kitchen. Delivery message received but itam is not ready. Waiting for long time to collect my order. Much improvement required to reach food business standard. I am unhappy with there service. Hope for improvement in future. Thankyou

Menu is good place is quiet small. And you have to wait for a little bit longer than usual if you're in a line because the order process is very slow .

The staff is not good at all, very arrogant attitude, no manners to talk and the food you serve is not for the poor. Are only for the rich. There is never such a high rate. And when festive season is coming low price pizza is not available every time what nonsense is this .. this is disgusting

This is to inform you that your service person working in Dominos creats lots of noice at late night , at the time when its time for people to sleep, in late night they burn crackers , shout loudly as if they are drunk and misbehave if they are told to stop .Please take strict action on this , because this is not good for society , this creats bad goodwill and creats bad image towards your existing customers

Wrong order delivered,instead of 2 farmhouse and 1 cheese corn; 2 cheese corn and 1 farmhouse was delivered and I landed up paying more. The order was delivered late and the outlet was just 2 mins walk. It was a very poor experience, I had guest at home and it was very embarrassing as well. Order number 268 from malancha road outlet.

Tried for the 1st time, the food was super fresh, the staff is friendly. Had a good time.

Good service and behaviour also very good
