Domino's Pizza - Ponmeni - Pizza restaurant in Madurai - default, India

I have been here long back at that time service was much better now it has gone down a bit since they are very busy cleaning of the place isn't happening that's not acceptable usually we place orders only this time tried dining in not so pleasant experience because of the atmosphere being not so clean and service could be better. Taste of food is good as usual. We tried indi Paneer pizza, chicken 5 feast pizza, taco veg, veg burger pizza, red Velvet lava cake, Butterscotch mousse, b natural orange drink. For indi Paneer pizza we went with thin crust it didn't satisfy our tummy so better to avoid thin crust I would suggest taste of pizza is good, chicken 5 feast pizza taste was good we tried cheese burst crust it had too too too much of cheese, taco veg, Butterscotch mousse, red Velvet Cake was good no complaints, veg burger pizza not so good it had only tomato in it nothing else.

We had Margherita regular and a garlic bread it was very tasty and delicious

Today we ordered 3pizzas and I watched from the lady who was preparing all my pizzas. She never had gloves in her hand and she touched all ingredients while making pizzas and touching other surfaces of the pizza shop. That lady was breaking the frozen ingredients with her barehands.It was so disgusting to watch the preparation. I doubt whether she got proper food hygiene training. Our order number-844448.This is not the first time we are seeing this. It's so frustrating none of the staff's wear gloves. Another thing no welcoming from the bill counter, no smile or any hello. After looking all these I didn't feel like eating my pizzas.

Worst pizza ever alert! The crust was horribly tasting bland. Flavours didn't infuse with the crust and the base tasted worse than the regular bread. I would strongly suggest you to avoid the cheese crust/stuff as they use low quality cheese which tasted rancid bitter. The lava cake was utterly horrible. I don't remember having this type of pizza in Domino's Singapore. Mosquitoes were freely roaming inside the air conditioned restaurant.

Awesome pizza. I loved my favourite Indi tantoori panner with extra cheese. It was really great with pepsi. Also the chicken boneless wings but got only 4 small pieces. Whatever the taste was good.

Reached near closing time, service was really good. They were polite and helpful, had my food to go.

Nice and epic one but the taste was okay and it differs time to time sometimes the taste was extraordinary sometimes I can't even complete one single pizza

I ordered two medium sized pizza on 29th june, order no.182 Thought I live with 1km radius the pizzas were delivered after 1.5hrs and the pack was not sealed. Pizza was cold and pepsi was not chilled. And tried contacting the store they didnt answer on my call so raised a issue in app the next day store manager called and gave his number and promised a refund while placing an order next time. Today I am calling him to place an order he is not picking the call and even the store is not responding to my calls. "Worst Dominos outlet ever"
