Worst ever outlet i have visited in life ... One or the other items will be not available at the outlet ....and after 10pm they will say that they wont have option to punch sides items in the pos. And also they will ask to place a store pick up order in app when we are a walkin customer.....i am surprised that even management is also co ordinating with team members in this kind of things... And they says they said they don't have pizza mania and surprisingly when i order through the app they are serving it and when they serve look at the quality no proper stuffing....making shimoga customers foolll......is this the service they are providing Very disappointed Staffs are spoiling the brand name

Sitting in table which is not cleaned from 30 min. The guys who is there to clean the tables is roaming nicely without seeing any table's.. order given also is not ready till now.. the staff itself will spoil the Domino's name for sure.. unfortunately having one branch near to my place, I had visited here..

I am regular customer of this outlet Here's some of my views on the store + Taste in this outlet is the best + Quality and is very good - Need to be more spacious - They are not accepting UPI payments - Some staff behaves rude at times - Ketchup which was given for free is now charged - While ordering at counter a particular person told us there's no Golden corn option on EDV today and told to buy a pricey pizza which was not our choice , I find them as pushy sales person at times ( I have stopped billing at counter , I use app now ) - One time I asked for more ketchup after billing (for which i will pay) they got so mad

I have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were some positives, there were also some issues that left me disappointed. Let's start with the negatives. One of the first things I noticed was that the staff's grooming was not up to hotel standards. Some of the employees appeared unkempt, which gave a negative impression. Additionally, the floor was wet and slippery, and the tables were not cleaned properly, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. Furthermore, there seemed to be a lack of coordination among the team members, as I observed some confusion in handling orders and serving customers. The most disappointing part was that there were used tissues scattered around the floor, which made the whole area messy and unappealing. However, there was one positive aspect that caught my attention. I noticed a young boy, who seemed to be intellectually challenged, working at the store. Despite his limitations, he was diligently carrying out his tasks and seemed to be appreciated by the team. It was heartening to see that Domino's Pizza provided an opportunity for this young boy to work and contribute. Overall, my experience at Domino's Pizza near me was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the efforts of the young boy and the opportunity given to him, the overall cleanliness and grooming of the staff, as well as the lack of coordination among the team members, were disappointing. I hope that the management takes steps to improve the standards of grooming and cleanliness, and ensures better coordination among the staff to provide a more pleasant dining experience for customers.

Taste was good, huge varieties and quicker service. The only concern here is too much crowded and sometimes card and gpay will not work here. Then you might have an option of only cash. Later, I ordered online.

Not so clean if someone left the table after eating means before someone occupies the space they will not clean very next minute it looks so dirty to have food there Need to maintain hygiene

Good place ambience is good food tastes good staff is well behaved but i had one issue i.e there was not enough room to sit the outlet is quite small compared the customers they handle. Rest is good . I hope in future they relocate to a bigger outlet.
