Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Faridabad - Faridabad, India

I was a big fan of dominos pizza before I started ordering from the Greenfield branch. Everytime we ordered there was something or the other that was wrong with the order. Earlier I ordered double cheese margarita bit it had no cheese on it. On raising a concern the Manager said margaritas are like that only. Today whatever I ordered was burnt. Clearly visible from the image, it was delivered in such a way that the burnt side was upside down. The workers tell bluntly on your face that's how it is. All of it comes from Noida branch. He can either give me a refund on dominoes wallet or repeat order. As if repeat order will have quality. My issue reflected as resolved because he refused to email me the same saying it's against company policy but you can record the voice call . Ironically, providing low quality food is not a part of company policy. If I could give a negative rating I surely would. Highly disappointed with dominoes. I told these people as well that I don't want a refund on my so called dominoes wallet or a repeat order. Never ordering anything from them again

It's not about the pizza but about the rash riding style of the Domino's Delivery boys. Inside Greenfield's colony many times saw them riding furiously without caring for others on the road. Twice or thrice I was about to collide but luckily escaped. Today on 19th Sep, just in front of the Domino's Pizza shop in B Block, one delivery boy riding Activa/scooter, hit a small kid and tried to escape but when the Kids Mother and other surrounding people shouted the delivery boy stopped. He was no manners to stop by himself or step down from the scooter or to say Sorry. The Mother was crying as the kid was injured. The Domino's shop Management was also dumb people, who didn't know how to speak with the victim family or handle the situation. Those who replies customer feedback posts, please don't be dumb to send random reply, But take this post seriously and Educate your Riders and the Local Domino's shop Management too about Riding bikes carefully. Today one kid was about to get Killed by your delivery boy. #dominospizza #jublientfoods

It has got different taste from the pizzas we usually eat, service is superfast, the range is also excellent and there combos are very reasonably priced.

Yummy pizza from Dominos. nice ambiance n good service!... these guys also provide the delivery service. you dont have to wait in queue for long. Not very busy place so normally you will get some place to sit and enjoy your pizza. But siting area is don't too much .

Qualiry has deroriated alot, no vegetables on a Veg Extravaganza Pizza. Also it was hart to believe that it was a cheese burst. Even the size of garlic bread has shriked. I was ordering regulary but will look for alternative.

I visited with my friends and found restaurant is very dirty , music is very loud, person on the counter is not audible, somehow we order capsicum pizza and stuffed garlic bread when we open pizza it is like made by unprofessional person who don't know how to boil water also taste is also not good we get hope from garlic bread and found same not good stuffing bread is hard not tasty and dry.

It is the worst place to visit with family Staff behaviour is very bad, There is also no cleaning and no water facility Domino's before giving franchises you should make a check list and from time to time you should review. They are spoiling your brand name.

Worst service delivery, incomplete delivery ttok 70 mins for delivery , pizza was delivered cold.The delivery boy from dominoz took two trips to complete one order.Manager is arrogant.co.pletely useless.Try and avoid this place
