Waited 1 hour for the order. That too a commercially small one as well. Pizza isn't even soft. Fells like only dough is there.
Need to upgrade the service you provide to the customers. After giving the full order the order should be given to the customers completely. Atleast in more organised and timely manner. The staff is busy in their own world. I ordered with coke and I finished my thing and later I received coke . And the coke taste was too bad almost it's coke less water more.

I am the 1st time that much worst experience of dominoz in my whole life!!! Managers n staff are feeling too busy ! For giving order have to wait 10-15 mins and after giving order another half an hour ! And all this waiting when i was the only customer at this place...! Will suggest you guys not to visit such a busy but not busy place...!!!
Not satisfied with the product by this outlet as it was too small than previous one. Maintenance were not proper as light in restroom were blinking so it makes uncomfortable to small children. Please maintain your standard as you are one of the leading pizza franchise company.
