I am very much impressed with the Customer Service of Domino's. Their tagline of "30 mins Delivery" is so accurate. Right from ordering on a call to sending invoices and tracking details, Domino's has leveled up its game. Highly recommended. In frame: Paneer, Onion, and Capsicum with Desi Makhani Sauce and Veg Parcel. The taste was delicious. No wonder Domino's beats Pizza Hut in almost all aspects.
The food was very late, which was still excuseable considering ganpati celebrations. But the food arrived ice cold, bland and tasteless. It was inedible even after warming up, there was no taste or flavour. The lady on the phone was sweet and was handling the situations well. The 1 star is probably only fir that. Do not order, quality is poor.
Who who who doesn't love Domino's ? We all love it and we do have reasons to love it even more . They have wide range of pizza , appetizers . They always come up with new dish and I love that about them . They experiment and how . It's probably a got to family place whether one have to dine in or order at home . You can definitely order snacks if you have a movie night or children's party . Whenever we order from Domino's we make sure we have a proper feast . They do take proper precautions and safety measures in terms of delivering the food. We had - Capsicum Pizza . Zingy Parcel . Classic Garlic Bread with Cheese Dip . And Obviously Tacos . After having all this , we were satisfied to the core . We forgot to order Lava Cake . Don't worry we will be definitely ordering this weekend . Food is average but staff services are very bad And behaviour is also rude. We are asking for ketchup, oragano, chilli flakes, tissue paper and glass for drinking coldrink many times but the staff is giving very rude and taunting reply there is particular staff person name ananya is communicating with sarcastic tone never experienced such kind of behaviour

Location: Located near DMart, it is a 5-10 minute drive from the Panvel Railway station. Ample parking space can be found around the restaurant. Ambience: It is an average-sized restaurant and the ambience is at par with any other Domino's outlet. Food: At par with the quality of food expected from Domino's. I have personally frequented this restaurant for 5+ years now, and I have had no complaints about the taste. During this experience, I tried the new Unthinkable Pizza and Indi-Tandoori Paneer, and both were quite good. I recommend going for pan or even cheese burst, instead of the regular hand-tossed crust. Service: Polite staff. However, the place is quite popular, which means there are long queues during peak hours, especially on weekends. However, the order fulfilment times are quick, especially when you opt for home delivery. Pricing: Domino's pricing is not cheap by any means, but the taste is as good as it gets, so it is pretty much worth it. Overall, it has been a positive experience every time I have visited/ordered from this place (I would recommend the latter)
