Domino's Pizza encourages customers to place their orders online using their app. While this is convenient for some, it can be frustrating for those who prefer a more traditional dining experience. The lack of an in-person ordering option limits the personal touch that other restaurants provide. Another major drawback during my visit was the absence of cold drink glasses. Part of the dining experience is enjoying a refreshing beverage in a proper glass. Domino's Pizza did not offer this. The ambiance of the restaurant was also lacking. It had a fast-food atmosphere rather than a comfortable dining setting. There was minimal decor, and the absence of staff added to the overall lackluster ambiance. Domino's Pizza offers excellent food, but my recent dine-in experience was marred by the lack of service, amenities, and ambiance.
Every time I got a very bad experience with this outlet, specially with the online order, no proper service, worst quality.I have ordered one cheesy pizza and paneer onion capsicum with Desi sauce.I'll not recommend anyone to order from this outlet
If you wanna eat over here and have a good experience please go for only fresh pan pizza which are made freshly and not hand tossed pizza they're the worst
Very Bad experience with the customer service of DominoS ,Ejaz was the concern caller .No sense of response and how to answer the client..He had no resolution to my query ,why to keep such pathetic executives if they can't handle the customer.Asked him to take is manager on call ,said he is busy. Zero contact takeaway and delivery is absolutely amazing. For takeaway wait time is nearly 10 mins which is amazing. One of the best pizza outlets in Mumbai. Choco lava cake is the best but Butterscotch mousse cake is not upto the mark anymore.
