I have ordered chicken wings which approximately costed 135 , they said they would give 4 pieces of wings. The size was soo tiny and small. Not worth the price. Better go for KFC or the Mexican chicken poppers which is next to it if you want to eat wings. The pieces were so oily and small that I hated it .
This is same as all the other domino's.We have zingy parcel which is yummy tangy spicy and super unique.
Got Amazon pay coupons and offers so utilised at this dominos. But apart from pizzas other items aren't special and tasty. Not just here but at all locations of dominos
They're done. Hardly any interest to pay to the customer. Rep comes after 5 mins and asks if I were looking to buy something. When asked for a meal, he calls the other rep and says that I am looking for a discount or offer. Advertised every where to make it a meal or ask for a meal.. when asked, straight denial on the face.. no, not available and until I ask no reason shared. Reason is that, the cool drink dispenser isn't working and hence, they cannot make it a meal. Look at the way they're maintaining the store picture attached. Screens gone. The rep is least bothered about someone clicking a picture of the store. Now, I am done... All the best Domino's.
Service is getting pathetic by the day. These days if i go after 6:30pm, they don't take orders only. By mistake also if one salesman accepts my order, the sales girl gets all angry and stares at him. they have only 2 salesmen in the shop and those 2 are crying to do their job.
Worst place to order online from. They won't deliver your orders on time and won't update the status either. Multiple times I've waited > 1hr to receive the order that too stale and cold. Not a good place to dine in either. Restaurant won't pick your calls if the order is late and customer care will endlessly put you on hold. If you try to ask ph. no of restaurant / delivery people they'll just say they're not authorized and won't help you 1 bit. TLDR; be prepared to wait > 1hr if you order online. Don't expect any help from customer care.
Excellent with regards to quality and taste but very poor in customer management. Sometimes they just accept bulk orders and ignore regular customers by saying takes time. Although it was reported but no change. Overall it's good.
At rehaja mind space ,hitech city - the service is so bad that they even don't service in proper way that they are not giving the tissues, pepper and seasoning while serving to customers, v customer need to ask separately from them, where they asking for money for ketchups, , I never expected this type of service at mindspace I don't like to visit to this Domin's branch again
