Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Secunderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Taste is at next level as usual. Maintenance is bad. House keeping need attention. We had to wait nearly 25mins to get the order served.

Bakwaasss. They were least bothered to take the order and because of one of the sales guy.. we had to come back from moulali to take the order from the store again which he didn't take previously. Thuuu

Domino's Pizza is very famous in INDIA as well as in other countries. Domino's Pizza has many branches in different states..one of its branch is at AS Rao Nagar, Secunderabad. This Domino's Pizza is not so big,it has few chairs for the visitors due to covid, And only two members are allowed to sit in one table taking proper care of social distancing. Domino's is famous for its varieties of pizzas so i tried chicken sausage cheese outburst(regular size) which was very tasty and as i ordered 2 i got a discount of 100/- which i did not expect from Domino's which made my day . The place was neat and clean and the staff members were doing their jobs perfectly. There was no crowd at all,hardly there were 3 people. In short it was a good experience.

Worst pizza place around, Domino's food has standard taste but their service is so bad. The staff doesn't know how to respect their customers. Worst service ever.

They promise to deliver in 25 mins but they don't respond even after an hour. Atlast we receive a cold pizza to do what. Its an absolute waste of money to order. It just increases our hunger and a great disappointment. Worst experience. Stop online service if you can't afford it.

One of favourite places . I like their plain cheese margarita pizza. The branch looks like renovated and looks a lot more spacious . Domino's have come out with new flavours like African peri-peri and Jamaican Jerk Spice. Downloads their App and you get offers on your mobile. Ambience is good and cool .

Went in there for dinner for my spouse's low profile birthday celebrations. Wifey decided to go for her usual pizza which is Veg Extravaganza (Medium-size, Cheese Burst variant) and I decided to go for Moroccan Spice Pasta Pizza Nov-Veg (Medium-sized, Fresh Pan variant) which I have not tried before. Her pizza was good as usual but my choice turned out to a damp squib. My pizza description was listed in the menu as spicy and with lot of peri peri sauce but I could not find or taste anything spicy. It was bland and moreover, there were hardly any chicken pieces. It was not fulfilling at all and I had grab a Shawarma later from a street side kiosk on my way back home. Service wise it was fine. Noticed that the premises was clean and tidy even though they had limited staff. They cleaned and sanitized the tables at regular intervals. One thing I noticed for sure, the actual taste of pizzas can be enjoyed only at genuine Italian restaurants where they are cooked or rather baked in wood-fired ovens. Nothing can beat that smoky, cheesy wood-fired pizzas. I would recommend this place only if you wanna grab a quick bite, but certainly not a good place for pizza connoisseurs. This honest suggestion is coming from someone who worked for Domino's for close to an year in Australia back in 2006.

Yesterday we visited here and came to know that now a days dominos not caring customer instead of that they are much focusing on money... every person in the store waiting for their order and the service boys were busy in listening to songs and there is no word for timely delivery here... I never visit this store again.. I have to ask them for my order multiple times but simply they are ignoring and saying wait for sometime ...
