Experience is good but not as per dominos standard as i find pizza here are less loaded and less on cheese too i find other outlets in dehradun are better in terms of taste. Open seating are is a plus for sure. Overall ok experience.
Just placed an order online for the kids. Was around 10 pizzas. A girl called up from the store and said it's a bulk order and will take time. I requested her to do it fast or send in 2 parts as kids were hungry. Firstly I think she doesn't understand English. She herself was talking rudely and started commenting on me that I am showing attitude and what all. I think you need to get staff who understand English and don't show personal grudges on the client. Then she abruptly hanged the phone. This is really not acceptable as per dominos standard.

Domino's pizza have a reputation because of their uniform quality and quantity. Like any other branch of the same, its good.
The place is very small and the presence of merely a few people makes the place congested. No halal food available.
Food is good like always but the biggest problem is management of the particular store(Pacific mall). As there is no service of cleaning the tables, few seating chairs are too much damaged it feel like it will broke anytime.
It's crowded on weekends and managed very poorly. The clearance of used tables is slow. Taste is average.
this is by far the worst place in the whole city to ever get pizza from !! I donot have any complaints against the food but the staff does really treat you like nothing. Their tone, their behaviour towards their customer is so poor !! They make you wait for minimum of 15 minutes. Hopping they really improve their service !!
