The worst pizza i get from here for the second time, the delivery was after one hour , the quality of pizza was too bad and cold , the staff is not supporting. Nothing is good there. Worst experience
Received cold pizza with 1 hour delay. Delivery boy said that cashback will be credited to my dominos account. When I raised complaint for cashback, store manager Krishna Singh called me and said that cashback is not being credited, you can visit the store anytime and can order the product of cashback value free of cost. I was out of town so I insisted for cashback but he didnot credit cashback. when I cameback to patna I talked to store manager he rudely denied to give free pizza and said that your order was from last month so offer is not valid now. When I raised complaint then again he called and said rudely that take your free pizza which i denied due to rude behaviour of store manager.
Pizza became cold and hard to bite. Also the sauce and cheese was very less as compared to other outlets.

Very bad experience.. they do not even provide water.. upon asking for water they will ask you to buy packaged water.... Nor they will let you carry your own water or drinks.. pathetic
