Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

My recent order from Domino's Zoo Road, featuring the Pepper Barbecue Chicken Pizza, marked my 58th experience with Domino's across various stores. Unfortunately, this order left me with mixed feelings and raised concerns about both food quality and delivery punctuality. Positives: 1. Toppings Quantity: The pizza had a generous quantity of toppings, particularly the pepper barbecue chicken, which added a satisfying flavor to the overall taste. Negatives: 1. Inconsistent Baking: Unfortunately, the pizza fell short in terms of quality. It was evident that it was not properly baked, with some parts remaining a bit raw inside. This inconsistency in the baking process affected the overall enjoyment of the meal. 2. Late Delivery: Despite the 30-minute Guarantee Delivery scheme promised by Domino's, my order was delivered late. This deviation from the promised timeline was disappointing and impacted the overall satisfaction of the dining experience. 3. Unfulfilled Discount Promise: Upon calling to address the late delivery issue, I was promised a discount code for my next order. However, despite their assurance, the discount code was never credited to my Domino's Pizza app. This lack of follow-through on their part was frustrating and diminished the customer service experience. Overall, my experience with Domino's Zoo Road has been just "ok ok." While the toppings quantity was commendable, the inconsistent baking of the pizza and the failure to adhere to the promised 30-minute delivery timeframe, coupled with the unfulfilled discount promise, left me with reservations about ordering from this particular Domino's branch. Despite being a repeat customer, with this being my 58th order from various Domino's stores, the overall satisfaction from this store, based on my five orders, has been subpar compared to my experiences with other Domino's locations. It's my hope that the store can address these issues to ensure a more consistent and reliable customer experience in the future.

My experience in this outlet was pathetic, the Staff was not in a mood to take ordersand were quite rude. Secondly, the taco we ordered was tasteless plus there was no sauce in it. It tasted like nothing, there was no salt no sauce no other spices or herbs Nothing.. They also charged extra 1.90 Rs for some sachet (not mentioned clearly) but, when I asked them to give two sachets of ketchup they asked me for money, but then I told them about the extra charge they took. It was my brother's birthday, and we went there with lots of expectations but nope, we're disappointed. I hope the staff will do better in future.

It was my go to place during my college days. Ambience is good and what to say about food because pizza is love and love is beautiful. It is pocket friendly and great place to have a quick bite. Just one suggestion is that have more billing counter. During my visit last time I have to wait a bit for placing my order because there was only one billing counter.

The price-meal ratio should be rectified, and they should too enforce the less crust more cheese policy. But there's something striking about the sauce they use in their tacos. Lastly, bring back the subwich

I don't know why people waste their there time in dining here. The service part is so lazy that you will feel like cancelling the order and go home and order online then you will get your food faster I guess. They give priorities to online orders. Me and and wife keep waiting atleast for 45 minutes that also they had already served that order to other customers by mistakely and one of the online order they served to one of the customers. Hire some good employees to fasten up your services. Horrible experience. Pizza hut in Donna planet is far far better than this. Wanted to rate 0 star.

Very bad pizza I got I buy De cheese and corn and n cheese piza of rupees 425 but the pizza is below. Average. There is no cheese in the pizza total loss very disappointed today loss of money

Its very nice domino's outlet with a friendly staff and hygienic surrounding... Loved its inside ambience. Fast delivery rate for the orders and you won't find too much of chaos all around which is great.

It came in rescue when I was searching for restaurants in that area. Quite clean and staff was polite. But they didnt have electricity in the washroom which was not acceptable. Covid protocol was being maintained in the Counter. Service is fast. Overall 3/5. A small parking area is available
