Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Domino's delivery and take out was worst. So we went to dine out hoping to get better pizza. Completely disappointed. Pizzas were no baked from inside. Even after complaining they served the same. Taste is the worst. Early days Domino's was the best pizza. But recently it has become the worst one.

Food was good. We ordered paneer, farmhouse and unthinkable pizza, garlic bread and pepsi. Since it was crowded, we went and sat on the upper floor and waited patiently. Once the floor was bit vacant we found a place and sat. Parking space is limited.

They can't get 1 order right, we order the 2 same pizzas and they still manage to get it wrong. If that isn't bad enough the store doesn't pick our calls and says the number doesn't exist. What scam is this store running?

This branch is place where both services and food are worst. Agents need to get trained about the food preparation, never had such horrible pizza in any of the other branches. When informed about same agent Kavitha and one another argued as if customer haven't tried pizza anytime before. Domino's pizza is recommended but not in this branch. And if you expect good customer service avoid this branch.

Ms.pallavi the person who takes the order is so arrogant with the customers the way she speaks and even if we ask for bill copy she tells that we can't give and there were some people whom she knows they were customer they were having pizza and they were not charged extra for sauce packers and all and even while leaving she give extra to take home but when I asked she told its chargeable for take way I dint understand the logic of this because of such people you wil losse the customers and on this few staff inside were fighting very badly and customers were not happy for this few of them got up and went outside for this nonsense and at last the order was given after 40 min the pizza whixh was given was cold enough and they were asking me to wait wil reheat and give this kind of service from domino's was not accepted

Their TVs advertised discounted price which lured us in the place, later cashier charges much higher price saying that the advertisement is old, hence not applicable with a big smile knowing that we caught their marketing scam. TRULY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE !!!

Iys been. More than an hour I ordered pizza in Zomato. Wrong contact number added in Zomato unable to contact them, no response, the order is being delayed 3times, such a worse customer service
