Scammers are out there, the prices that they are showing on their display screen and menus are fake and the final bill is way beyond. On asking the justification and breakup store manager told its increase on-spot and you can check online. They were hesitate to provide the invoice and on multiple request they gave me the invoice which has no breakup of items. This is 2nd time, i had poor expeirence with Dominos and the quality is dropping day by day. Dominos management if you are really serious about your customer then contact me and I'll be happy to share the invoice and further details. PS: The cashier name Pallavi has very rude behavious she must be fire and replace with someone who has some professional ethics.
Guys i order pizza mania range pizza which are really affordable and comes under price category of rs 60-140. Guys ever since corona hit India have visited there many branches not even single branch has opened the washroom for guest till yet . I don't what is reason behind that. Pizza was nice,its was tasty. This placed lacked some ambience and also the place was not very clean and it appeared to be dull and even the staff was not efficient enough
Very slow service...it took around 35 mins to get the pizza ...washroom was very much filthy ...Not expected such a unhygienic conditions at a International level company .

Dominos doesn't need any introduction about their Pizzas, so this review is about Dugri Dominos only. They are very slow in their service, their restaurant smells bad sometimes because of the washroom inside. I had a Pizza last week itself again, cleanliness was there but again their service was slow.

Domino's recent decline in service quality is deeply concerning. Despite ordering through their app, I encountered numerous issues. The provided contact number was non-functional, making it impossible to reach customer support. Additionally, my order, promised to be delivered within 30 minutes, was delayed by 45 minutes. To my surprise, I later learned that my order had been delivered to someone else while the app falsely claimed it was still being baked. This experience has shattered my trust in Domino's, and I will not be ordering from them again until significant improvements are made to their service and customer support.
