The worst experience from this branch. Its been more then an hour and a half and I didn't receive my order which I had placed through the app. On calling them they were not responding. I had to literally visit the branch to ask the status of my order. On reaching the Outlet, the Manager Mr. Singh says there is server issue and we are facing difficulties. Later he says the order will be delivered at my place in the next 5 minutes. In a few minutes of me waiting at the outlet, I see the delivery person taking my order out for deliver. So much of miscommunication and giving false hopes. Such a shame that they cant be on their words. Sorry to say but NO SORRY It is sad to keep your loved ones waiting in hunger because of these such people working at Domino's Pizza Colaba (Strand Cinema Branch)
Their are worst experience with this store "Domino's pizza colaba" and no one staff was give proper respons to me.The order taker was not taking my order , when im request to him then he will take my order. Im gave order at 8.32 pm and after 20 mint i received sms to me the order was ready but when i m asking about my order that time he told me that ,it will be take more time . I request to order taker staff for can you plz give my order to early but i received my order after 40 mint. Im given only one goldn corn pizza order. I received my order late and also the product quality was not good.
So went for a dine in but I had placed my order prior. It's a small place with barely 2-3 tables. They take sometime to serve as they are too busy with their delivery orders as well. If you are going to dine in then better place an order in advance. Might take 30-45 mins atleast. Nothing great otherwise.
