This Domino's is very pathetic condition.. washroom and interior are very very bad condition
I ordered pizza on 20th April on Saturday from Civil Lines Bareilly nd I opened that pizza while we were eating pizza we got one stepler pin in pizza which I'm posting that pics further but nobody knows I had already stepler pin in pizza and I got stomach infections.....the same day I got so many vomit and I hospitalised for 2 days in a hospital that's y I couldn't post so early but jubilant dominos pizza is worst.....I appeal to everyone don't buy pizza and don't eat it they are just playing with your life
Pathetic service and staff is in their own attitude, many times you will found there will be no staff on the ground floor, and it is dirty and smelly, no one will listen to you. You have to wait for long hours for your order. Very bad experience to go there.
I didn't like the service attitude of the staff there. Just cause they are loaded with orders, the customer centric approach is missing. Should work on customer service and delight as well. Just serving a good pizza won't help. Customer complaint is not heard. The cleanliness of the store is not upto the mark. And its not that the cleanliness and is a one time issue. U wud see that the store is not maintained as it should be at any time of the day. They have two counters but the one at the ground level will never be operational nor will they have any staff to attend customers downstairs so if u are in a for a quick order forget it. U have to take the stairs and go upstairs and wait and collect your order. If something is designed I wud suggest use it to the fullest or the management should make changes. And close everything downstairs.I would request the management to make the counter operational downstairs as well.so that it's easier for the customers. A good pizza with good service and great ambience will add more value to the meal. And the customers will carry a good impact for the place. I never feel like having a pizza inside the store as its so shady.
Very unhygienic and dirty. Nobody wears a mask. Bought some garlic bread, food delivered was packed badly, didn't taste good. Ordered something, got something completely different. Had to wait long time to place order.
Lack of cleanliness
Very bad service and also I'm waiting for so long even it's not lot of customer here after that I have to wait for 25 minutes And Air conditioner is also not working
Experience in terms of pizza's is always good..as dominoz never disappoints....i spend Rs340 and in return i got tacco mexicana(veg), Margherita, zingy parcel along wd two sachets of ketchup,a garlic bread and a cheesy dip.
All above mentioned items were delicious and no compromise wd quality.
Very fast service .My pizza was ready within 5minutes.Enjoyed very much.
If you love pizza n not have that much budget to buy it , then it's best to go and eat.
They have variety of pizzas and they also have burger and you must try their authentic cold coffee that's yum..
Ofcourse what you need to say about domino's.
