I recently visited the Dominos City Center Outlet and unfortunately, the Pepper Barbeque Chicken Pizza was not up to par. The pizza lacked flavor and tasted stale. It used to be much better but the quality has significantly declined. Additionally the ambiance was poor and dirty. The uncomfortable seating chairs were particularly unpleasant.
The service was very slow. Very high wait time. The staff doesn't respond quickly. The tables are not maintained.
The place seems ageing and needs a revamping at the earliest. While I was last there the wash basin was unusable because of the faulty tap. The food is delicious. There's no need to say that Domino's serves the best-tasting pizza of any food chain.

Worst service by Dominos City Centre branch. Their Manager and dominos wallet are fooling customers.They have not refunded my money. And I am not the first customer. They misbehaves with their clients. Spoiling Dominos Brand's name. #Looters. Have some shame and refund my money.
I ordered 2 time from here and my experience was very bad. I ordered margarita but they gave me classic pizza and 2nd time they are 1.5 hours late, pizza was cold and hard not eatable and they didn't even give points due to late delivery. Shameful
Bloody cheaters, have some shame for fooling customers and misbehaving. Spoiling Dominos brand name. All the staffs their delivery wallet their so cald store manager all are chor(thieves). Pathetic Experience, they took extra 300 rupees from me and then not refunded bloody LOOSERS. keep it as a tip beggars.
