Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

Pathetic service. There's only one person to take the orders, clean the tables(that too only after asking the only employee to send someone to clean). It took ages to get our order prepared. We ordered a couple of pizzas and zingy parcel and it took around 30mins to get it prepared. Feeling sad for the lady who is managing everything alone there.

Highly not recommended. 0 out of 5 rating. Tourist dont fall into this trap. If you can't maintain the quality and follow the standards don't damage Dominos.The staff and Manager behavior was worst and rude.I have ordered pizza for my kid.Kheema dopiyaza, after a long waiting time finally received the cold, stale bread,uncooked, smells bad,chicken tasted bitter,outer onions burnt. When I asked the staff she told she is not responsible will call the manager.Manager was reluctant to come out first of all by saying meeting at 9.45 p.m.Then he came and spoke dough ball shelf life is 5 days only blah blah and blamed us asking have you guys ever ate pizza before which shows the Height of unprofessionalism & rudeness. We have checked our pizza with other customers who were nearby us,they also checked and said smells bad. Very unprofessional,highly not recommendable especially to the kids. Poor and worst quality of pizza ever tasted, waste of money Note : we didnt ask for the refund of money or change of pizza also.

An Old Style House Converted into a Dominos Outlet. Outlet is located on a busy main road where parking is difficult to find. The staff is good & helpful. They do have lot of seating space available along with take away & delivery. Quality of same as always is as per the brand standards. They have option of only tinned beverages as Plastic Bottle is Banned in Entire Nilgiris Regions.

We had the misfortune of going to this outlet a week ago. As hungry as we can be and believing in Domino's usual professional service and food, we were utterly disappointed. First of all, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE AND TREATED US LIKE WE HAVEN'T EATEN BEFORE. We ordered a medium 4 cheese pizza and they gave us a 3 cheese pizza instead. When I asked about the missing fourth ghost pepper cheese, she told it's sprinkled out and we can't see it. It felt insulting as someone who has ordered this pizza multiple times and knows what I'm doing. The aforementioned receptionist told they're understaffed and can't do anything. THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME ABOUT THE MISSING INGREDIENTS BEFORE BRINGING MY PIZZA AND LYING ABOUT HAVING ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN IT. THIS IS UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNBECOMING OF DOMINO'S. As a long time customer, this is THE WORST DOMINO'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The staff doesn't know anything, they're clueless, rude and don't care about anything. As we had it, we left the pizza for them to eat and demanded a refund. It was provided after making us sit there for a while. Never coming back to this good for nothing place ever again. I strongly urge you guys not to go here even if you're hungry.

Very poor in service, i gone there 2 days but service is very weak, there is only one person to take orders, and customer is very much, mistake in management, order delivery time is minimum 1 hours, how can customer satisfied, please add staff and give fast service to customer

Very Pathetic service they have 3 counters but only one counter is open and only one person is taking order and same person is delivering the orders it took 20 min to just only process the order. And another 50 mins to deliver the order there is also no proper seating arrangements and also ambience is not clean there is no person to clean tables and even ketchups are also not available. if i will be the owner of Domino's i will definitely fired out the manager of this outlet. Due to such inefficient supply chain management.

When we visited this outlet, they were having "no internet" issue and all the orders were being taken manually. The staffs were trying their best to serve the customer and I think they did a great job.

Really disappointed. Washrooms are closed for customers and also unhygienic wash area.
