Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Wardha - Wardha, India

This Domino's is turning from Good to Bad to Worse when it comes to customer service and behaviour of staff. We have been coming to this outlet for years now. But yesterday we experienced a very bad service and behaviour by staff. We reached outlet at 9:20pm and my wife went to order before even taking the order the manager said, we cannot let you Dine In you will have to take the parcel as takeaway. She said the entire outlet is almost full and everyone is having food. Why are you deny us to dine in. The manager bluntly said as per order. When I intervened and asked him to take orders after 10mins he took the orders and served almost 18-20mins later. Food was good no complaints on prepration and taste though. But customer service needs to get better.

Its a good place. As usual dominoz never fail to satisfy my pizza taste . Yumm. Parking [P] is available for two and four wheeler vehicle [P] free. Staff is friendly.

LET ME TELL YOU, the food was good BUT the delivery woman Sara went above and beyond! She called to let me know she was arriving with my delivery, and there's a big spider right in my doorway! She killed the spider in my doorway for me! Instead of just leaving the pizza and letting me find out by walking into it. Best customer service ever, she deserves a raise!

My recent experience at Domino's Pizza was a pleasant surprise. Although Domino's is primarily known for its delivery and takeout service, I decided to give their dine-in option a try, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. The ambiance of the Domino's restaurant was welcoming and clean. The seating arrangements were comfortable. The menu offered a variety of options as online, including their signature pizzas, sides, and beverages. I opted for their classic cheese pizza and paired it with a side of garlic breadsticks. One negative for waiting time. Although the service was efficient, but time between the order and serving was quite long. If restaurant would big and offered any on spot starter or cuisine or beverage in waiting period then it would be best.

Very unprofessional staff and worst service for name of dominos we went there 9.45 pm one person was ordering so we waited the person said we can 't serve coz it already 10 o clock but 10 min was remaining .So we agreed for take away as a basic rule if a customer enters u have to serve him but he was taking like as we are taking food for free .I am very unhappy with this service

The taste was soo good. Specially margarita cheez burst pizza. I loved to eat pizaas in domino's . I tell one thing to all that one day I ordered a pizza they give mi wrong ordered deliverd then domino's employee apologize for that and send mi my ordered pizza for free Hat's off Domino's

The only way to order anything from this store is through Domino's App or website, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere in or on the store entrance. Found an Employee always on Phone standing on the entrance, Excuse me in English or in Local Language does not help. Dine-in is not Available in this Location cos of Pandemic, Online Order is Must, Take Away or Delivery Options Available. Pizza was Delicious.

Since the seating is restricted. I think they have more delivery boys running here and there and less customers. Taste was ok service was usual. However we had to wait for 10-15mins since there were only 50% seating permission.
