Poor maintenance. Table was bot cleaned untill my food comes. Lots of houseflies which very irritating Only one AC was working for the whole dining area.. Need to improve a lot and will not suggest this place.

I have always been a fan of Domino's Pizza due to their exceptional quality, prompt delivery, and excellent customer service. First and foremost, the quality of Domino's Pizza has always exceeded my expectations. The crust is always crispy and delicious, the sauce is perfectly seasoned, and the toppings are fresh and generous. I have tried several different varieties of pizza from Domino's and I have never been disappointed with the taste or quality. Secondly, the delivery service provided by Domino's is exceptional. My orders have always arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The delivery personnel are always polite and professional, and they ensure that the food is delivered hot and fresh. Lastly, I would like to commend the customer service provided by Domino's. Whenever I have had a query or concern, their customer service representatives have always been polite and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that my orders are delivered correctly and on time. Overall, my experience with Domino's Pizza has been nothing short of excellent. The quality of their food, the prompt delivery service, and the exceptional customer service have made me a loyal customer for years to come. I highly recommend Domino's Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient pizza option.

I made an order in the app. Waited for around 20 min and it was still showing order accepted. Called up the branch. They said it'll take 30-40 min more. I asked them about the app showing 30 min guarantee and already 20 min have passed. He kept insisting I'm wrong and the app won't be showing that. Lol. Finally gave the phone to the manager who gave an estimate of 1 more hour and casually told me I could cancel. Of course, I opted for cancellation. Even if I had waited half an hour more without calling them, my time would've only gone waste. They don't give a hoot. And this is not the first time. Has happened atleast twice before. One time, a couple of years back, I waited for 2 hrs during which the app even showed delivered, branch number unresponsive, the delivery agent number unresponsive. After a harrowing experience my pizza got delivered. The store itself is poorly maintained; staffs don't come and take the order promptly, then tell us casually that their machine is not working and ask us to order online for dine-in, place is dirty, AC sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Those people don't care. The staffs are curt, no note of apology for their own mistakes. Problem is we don't have the choice to select any other branches. If had the option I don't think this branch would get any order.

I ordered through the app for take away and it shows the order is ready but when I reached the restaurant they said I have to wait for atleast 45 minutes. They very under staffed only one guy in the front and two people are in the kitchen. The tables are unclean (pic attached ) though I was not having the pizza there they could improve vastly the customer experience. As u can see in the pic the store looks empty and they have 20 plus orders in queue.

Just pure Domino's as usual. Spacious and clean. Ordered their new Paratha Keema Cheesy pizza but it wasn't great at all. Very average. And although the price displayed is 179,its actually 249 along with taxes. But this is a dish to avoid. Go with the regular ones and you won't regret eating their pizzas.

Recently visited this outlet. The place was neat and calm. They baked fresh items only. The medium-sized pizza with a four-layer topping was just awesome, and their classic veggie burger was too awesome. I am entirely satisfied with their taste and packaging :)
