Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Bathinda - Bathinda, India

I have never seen such a poorly trained and rude staff especially the front desk employee taking orders. I went there with my family around 10pm on 2nd May and there was no cooling in the seating area, even the wall mount fans were faulty. When I checked with the staff they rudely replied that they can't do anything in this matter since it is all controlled by the mall. We still tried dining there for some time but it was unbearable heat and hence we decided to take away the order. The front desk guy was again not helpful at all. I asked him to pack the order in a new box since box got dirty and again he rudely said that we can't do anything. He was not even making any eye contact while I was sharing my concern and I had to repeat everything twice to him. After the frustrating responses we called the manger (Rajat Kumar) and he did not help at all in sorting the situation, instead he started arguing with my wife. After so much of discussion when they finally decided to pack the pizza in a new box they took the pizza inside and kept us waiting for another 15mins to just pack it. Something was definitely fishy as if they were messing with the pizza. We did left the place with such a bad experience and decided to throw the pizza for the stray dogs to eat.

Yummy pizza and garlic bread. I love to eat Domino's very much. It is very affordable and fulfil our need for food. The thing I felt some annoying was that the Pepsi which is normally of 40rs here was of 60rs. But other things made me forget that.This corner always makes me hungry and this is the Best Pizza Corner of Bathinda. All the services here are good, delivery is on time, I regularly enjoy the crispy, delicious, fresh and delicious pizza here.

Cleanliness and service of this dominoz at mittal mall has significantly deteriorated since last one to two years.. zero cleanliness.. and half an hour for dine in order without any rush .. they only prefer online orders

Last night I was at mittal mall bathinda after watching the movie we went at the counter for ordering the pizza timing was arround 11:30 pm. First of all staff was behaving very roodly, I ask them for two peppy paneer Pizza they said dine in order will not consider u may do online order I said ok unfortunately placing the order I found network glitch in my phone I ask to manager for wi fi hot spot so I can complete my payment.he simply deny or said go outside the store don't waste our time... So dear dominos iam regular customer of dominos but really disappointed for this kind of poor service or unprofessional staff or duty manager as well. Kindly look into this otherwise it will lead for big loose

There was no paneer piece on pizza at all... really disappointing...we had guests at home and they really didn't like at all...quality is super cheap...too much oil... no cheese at all... and prices are toooo high for this much cheap quality pizza

Loved this outlet as I do love other Domino's outlet. Grab a pizza and enjoy. Seating capacity is relatively large when compared to other outlets. Good to go place for quick bites.
