Very worst experience ever....if u don't deliver order...so why u except coustomer Order....you waste time of your coustomer...aapko apke customer ke time ke value hi nahi hai...very bad experience ever....

I went around 12:30 PM to eat something. As soon as I entered, smoke was emitting from the kitchen, and the smoke alarm started ringing. I enquired at the counter what the problem was. He said the exhaust fan was not functioning and sent for repair. The whole got filled with smoke. I told the guy you should have closed the shop as your exhaust was not working, and you switched off your smoke alarm. Anywhere in this kind of situation, request everyone to vacate the premises for your own safety, which I did without ordering food

Recently visit at 30 may in evening 18:05, they are taken 40 min in just 1order to complete, 2veg zigi, 1garlic bread with dip and 2 sprite. And sprite was like a normal water with tartric acid, no suger content in sprite, money west totally. I suggested to order home delivery. Vegi Ziggy test was good but different in both size but price is same. 49/- only. Toilet is very bad condition, no cleaning regularly. Full bad experience compared with other dominos pizza in other places.

Extremely poor condition. Its too hot AC not working popr maintenance Not in condition to dine in. Decided to take my delivery to home. Reviews full of 1 star but Domino's taking things casually. Instead of closing the customer issues asking customer to share contact further. Please Domino's note the points raised by customer and do some renovations.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently visited Bharuch Domino's and ordered their Vaganza pizza, hoping for a delightful experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. The pizza had mushroom toppings that emitted a nauseating and unbearable smell. It was so terrible that it became difficult to breathe in the presence of the pizza itself. Upon expressing my concern to the staff, I was met with sheer indifference and a lack of empathy. They actually had the audacity to argue that mushrooms are supposed to smell that way. I suggested changing the toppings to salvage the experience, but they outright refused, claiming it was their policy to serve the same pizza that was initially ordered. Determined not to give up, I insisted on getting a replacement pizza without mushrooms. Despite waiting for an agonizing 25 minutes, I was handed the same pizza with even more mushrooms, exacerbating the repulsive smell. The staff's attitude remained dismissive and unapologetic throughout the entire ordeal. Their reluctance to address my concerns was baffling and highly unprofessional. In a desperate attempt to avoid further delays, I agreed to another replacement pizza without mushrooms. Finally, after an additional 45 minutes of waiting, the pizza was ready. However, even though the mushrooms were removed, the other vegetables were carelessly placed, causing the pizza to retain the unpleasant odor. The entire experience left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have consumed mushroom pizza multiple times before and never encountered such an awful smell. It is evident that this particular pizza was not prepared properly. I must stress that Domino's customer service was abysmal and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of rectifying the situation, the staff chose to argue and dismiss my genuine concerns. I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering the Vaganza pizza from this Domino's outlet. The quality, taste, and most importantly, the service, were all well below par. My hope is that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues to provide a better dining experience for future customers.

Pizzas are as cheesy as other Domino's outlets. Pizza with dominos is always a great deal. But this outlet have to do something about cleanliness. whenever I went there,most of the tables were dirty,premises were not cleaned properly. Parking space is small,but good enough for 2 wheelers. And Domino's have to arrange for drinking water facilities in their all outlets,bcz that's not the way of selling your cold drinks.

Very badly maintained. Worst Dominoz experience. Very poor cleanliness. Toilets not working. Floor & total ambience appearing dirty. Not up the mark of Dominoz. This outlet is worst outlet & I was seeing it from last 3-4 years. Not good at all... Not satisfied
