Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Vijayawada - Krishna, India

Worst experience of Domino's. No cleaning No washbasin, not clearing the tables, No handwash and taste also ok not too good. The oder display was also not working. They were like just eat and leave. They should better shut down.

While the taste of food is good, restaurant severely falls behind when it comes to service, ordering experience and cleanliness. Staff did not take the order and forced me to order through app. Tables are not cleaned, cooking staff doesn't wash hands properly while making pizza and no maintenance in the restaurant. Looks very unhygienic in all regards. Drinking water is also not kept within the reach and we specifically have to ask them for water. Wouldn't visit again. Added photos for the reference.

The Ambience was good and the Pizza is also good. The seating is limited compared to other outlets. The staff is good

Domino's is really good. It has reasonable prices, good service and various items in pizza and other stuff. But make sure what toppings u get on veg pizza..

Limited parking facility. The cheese burst Pizza and Choco lava cake are well prepared and are loaded with cheese and chocolate respectively. The stuffed garlic bread needs improvement in terms of stuffing and the veggies inside. The service time is good and the staff are friendly. Floors need to be mopped in first floor and the toilet.

Food was good but waiting time is bad . Hand wash fecility avilable in ground floor only, eating place in first floor so there is no hand wash hear. If we want to wash our hands compulsory we need to go ground floor. Tables are not cleaned at my visit. No four wheeler parking hear.

Hopeless scrap.just like road side stuff. Unhygenic, pathetic. No cleanliness . Pls dont spoil ur health visiting this kachara

Worst Domino's branch i have ever visited. I have taken out twice and the payment system sucked. Dine in-d more than 4 to 5 times and the atmosphere is quite disturbing. The staff are very impolite and arrogant. And ZERO hygiene. The tables, washbasins, oregano and chilli flakes sprinklers, chairs, everything they are not well maintained. It's a very small place and very very congested. The tables are placed very very close to each other and it really feels very awkward to sit and have some good time there. And i have ordered via the official app a number of times and it is pathetic.....!!! Once it took 1.25 hours to deliver my order and they just didn't even call or inform me regarding the delay. And on the other hand when I tried calling them they NEVER ANSWER CALLS. So frustrating.!!!!!!!!!!!!This afternoon i have placed an order and it's not delivered, they just keep giving lame excuses that their oven has burnt, it's short circuit and it's raining and again For real i have called them a hundred times within 2 hours just for those lame excuses. Very horrible and pathetic. Better shut down when you cannot do service. The customer care service of Domino's sucked too, it's no great. I had refund issues with 2 of my orders and they were not even acknowledged till now.
